Hire order placed, they substituted glasses and only told me when order was on the way.

Called me re collection, insane quote to do this, which once agreed they then said was only for ground floor (they knew it was first floor). They then sent someone anyway, charge me £180 which was for collection, who I had to turn away, and pretended we hadn't agreed I would return on the phone call in a follow up email. Very shady and would not recommend.

I placed an equipment, crockery and glass hire order back in January for my wedding in August, to then have zero communication apart from confirmation of order and payment taken.

Fast forward to 31st July and the day before delivery and I received a phone call to say that due to a van issue that the order would not be coming and it would be another 10 to 11 days before a van was available. Since my wedding is this weekend that obviously wasn’t suitable and I was told my order was just going to be cancelled.

Appalling service, no customer contact and in the end a complete failure to provide goods and services that were ordered nearly 8 months prior to delivery date.

I would strongly urge anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere.
