Ordered tiles from Stafford store. Lovely staff and good communication. Would use them again.

The Stafford branch offered wonderful support and advice when we were planning our bathroom. Within 2 hours we had chosen the bathroom suite and tiles. We were very impressed and will be putting our deposit down over the next few days. Thank you

From the minute of entering Stafford branch and meeting Conor the customer service I’ve received was outstanding. The knowledge of Conor along with Jacob and Jenny was amazing. I came in saying I just wanted a bathroom with no idea what I actually wanted. I left with a 3d design of the perfect bathroom and a price I was happy with.

Connor! Connor is an incredible young man! He was extremely welcoming. He was extremely knowledgeable in the products that he showed us. He helped us design and when we hit hiccups he was able to help us out once more.

Throughout the process we were guided through the choice and options available by Jacob and despite changing our minds several times he was very patient and helped us reach a satisfactory result. What an asset Jacob from Stafford is to easy bathrooms. His knowledge is second to none and his willingness to bring your dream bathroom to life is so clear and he is so passionate about your vision. He is so friendly and approachable. He spent so long discussing and designing our bathroom and was very helpful with options and variations of what we wanted. He even helped our 7 year old son be included in the design process. Nothing was too much trouble. Taking doors off cupboards, bringing tiles and fixtures to different parts of the showroom to show us how things will look. Thank you so much Jacob for making this process so simple and effortless. The whole team in Stafford are friendly and approachable.

Easy Bathrooms Stafford were very helpful throughout the process from helping with choosing tiles and fittings to creating plans and renders. We dithered over decision making for quite a while and they showed great patience and offered loads of advice. Great service!

Everything was done very professionally by the woman who took our order. The only problems we had was the sink top was cracked right through and had to be re-ordered and an older man in the store seemed disinterested when we called in to order some extra pieces. Overall though we were very happy with easy bathrooms and we love our new bathroom

The staff were incredibly helpful. Not at all pushy. After the experience of less than no help at standard large superstores nearby, the contrast was huge. Knowledgeable and professional, thank you.

Sales staff friendly and helpful....delivery is expensive and loads of conditions,even if paying £95 extra for two man delivery....and it's only available certain days.
The goods arrived safe and were good quality....just the delivery process

The order was wrong when it arrived, they had sent the wrong shower tray and fittings, the toilet unit and sink unit didnt match. The staff at the Stafford branch weren't interested. Very poor customer service. They wouldn't take the flooring back even though the fitter said it was warped.

I would not recommend Easy Bathrooms.
