I have dealt with Michelle and Lewis at Sittingbourne branch. Both of whom went above and beyond with their Customer Service I have today agreed my order and cannot wait for the installation

A good range of product and a super showroom. The lady that looked after us was lovely - didn't really gel with the man who answered the phone though.
Not the cheapest place to shop but everything we ordered was of good quality

She was very responsive, changing things to cater to our requirements and provided excellent suggestions and advice. I would highly recommend her and can’t wait to have our new bathroom suites delivered 😊

We had a fabulous experience with Easy Bathrooms - Sittingbourne Branch. We have completed 2 out of our 3 bathrooms, with our third bathroom to be started in September. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly - our bathroom fitter/plumber had worked with their products on a number of occasions and this took a lot of the stress out of the process. Michelle’s designs for our en suite and family bathroom were fantastic, she seemed to instinctively know what I liked. Going into our en suite in the morning is a pure joy and the feeling I get, getting up in the morning makes me smile and sets me up for the day. The family bathroom with its feature wall and free standing bath was something I’d never thought possible with the space available and relaxing in there after work is like having my own personal Spa. Thank you so much Michelle.

Terrible Terrible stock shortages. Do not use this company. Floor is ready for tiles which should have been delivered 2 weeks ago, Then should of been delivered yesterday 1st April, now their saying it might be next Tuesday The 8th for tiles but their not sure so they'll have to let us know?. so i put an email to the customer service team and then my builder phoned them only to be told possible delivery date 25th April. I Am Disabled and now dont have a downstairs toilet as we cant get the tiles to carry on OMG What a complete utter Disgrace from a company. When The tiles were ordered the stock was available. Do not trust this company as their lies is only to get the order?. We have cancelled the whole lot and will NEVER USE EASY BATHROOMS AGAIN.
