A bath panel we purchased started to crack and warp within a few days and easy bathrooms offered a replacement panel which we obviously didn’t want as we anticipated it happening again so we asked for a refund but they are refusing to refund us.
Although we purchased through the Macclesfield store (where the staff were always very helpful and knowledgeable) our complaint is with the customer service department for Easy Bathrooms. We lodged a formal complaint asking for complaints procedure almost one week ago but haven’t heard since !

Steve was super helpful. He didn’t pounce on us and let us come to him. But was super reassuring booking us measuring appointment exactly when we need it ready for our design appointment. He couldn’t have been more helpful.

Staff are always helpful & eager to make every visit easy.

I purchased 2 tubes of sealant using the code and colour from my original invoice of the bathroom purchase. However, when the plumber came to reseal the shower tray discovered the colour was completely different. I contacted the local store and we couldn't decide how this had come to happen. It could have been the plumber exchanged the originals for a more suitable colour. However, we'd chosen the sealant colour to match the tiles when ordering the original bathroom. It was also discovered the grout was a different colour than was invoiced. Whatever the cause I was disappointed that I couldn't be refunded for the tube that had been opened.

Before selecting the fittings for our refurbished bathroom, I made several trips to the Macclesfield shop and was treated courteously every time.
We made our selections then waited until our fitter became available before placing our order. The new kit was delivered on time and within a week, and is of good quality. Our fitter spotted that we hadn't ordered the bath panel that he had intended and because the package hadn't been opened the shop was able to arrange a swop for no additional charge.
All for a reasonable price. A good experience!
