Harry from the Leeds showroom was amazing. We went in with some ideas and Harry ensured all our ideas were made possible. His knowledge and experience helped us design and realise the bathroom we wanted. Nothing was too much effort which we really appreciated. We will highly recommend Easy Bathrooms at Leeds.

Bought some feature tiles for my bathroom. Harry in the showroom was extremely helpful. The tiles took a couple of weeks to arrive, one was damaged but replaced without question the next day. Really pleased with how the tiles look, very good quality.
I will definitely return to Easy Bathrooms next time I need to buy tiles.

The showroom staff at Easy Bathrooms at Seacroft were very helpful in designing and suggesting various aspects of my bathroom renovation. There are a huge selection of toilets sinks and showers but they made it easy for me to select what I needed, at a very reasonable price.

Sophie was friendly but very knowledgeable on the bathroom items I had called into see.

My purchase was easy and I was happy with the service I received.
I will return should I need anything else for my bathroom.

The choice of bathrooms was really good. The staff very helpful (thank you Harry) pricing was very competitive and we are very happy with the quality of all the items we purchased including the tiles. The design process worked well and nothing was too much trouble (even when we kept changing our minds!) Everything was delivered correctly and on our chosen delivery date. I would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms at Seacroft Leeds.

Had to return to store numerous times as design was wrong ie-measurement were incorrectly in put by staff incorrectly for example wrong bath, radiator, etc. At one visit the whole design had to be started from scratch, with different member of the team. Even after all this both members of the team assured me my fitter could make the bath fit BUT this was not possible. Therefore my fitter had to make amendments to the design. Number of boxes of tiles I required was changed a few times only to find out the first calculation was correct so had to travel to Wakefield Depo to buy more which was a very inconvenient on top of all the wasted time I’d spent having to have the design re-done. Overall it was a very stressful experience.

We recently had a new bathroom supplied by Easy Bathrooms Seacroft and we couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team were extremely helpful throughout the design and ordering process, offering clear advice and making sure everything was exactly as we wanted.

The products arrived on time, well-packaged, and the quality is excellent. The installation is now completed, and the finished room looks fantastic. Everything fits perfectly, and the overall look is even better than we hoped for.

Would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms for anyone planning a new bathroom – great service, great communication, and a brilliant end result.

Great showroom, beautiful products and friendly customer service. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and Harry took us round the showroom and we picked some wonderful items for a complete bathroom re-fit. We were happy with the price of the items and got our stunning tiles at half price. The cost of install was ridiculous though and Harry was very helpful in recommending alternative fitters that were excellent, and almost a third of the price.

Great to look around the showroom at Seacroft Leeds and lots of options to choose from. Clear straightforward process from helpful staff.

Visited the show room twice for inspiration. The staff were attentive but left us to explore at our leisure. When we had made our decisions it was a really smooth ordering process, we even had to order in three parts due to the nature of the job that meant we couldn't commit to everything on day one. At no time did we ever feel like this was an inconvenience.
Deliveries all arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Even had to swap a set of tiles that we had ordered in error and it was a seamless process and the staff were really helpful sorting this out for us.
Upstairs bathroom looks fantastic and we won't hesitate to use Easy Bathrooms when we decorate our downstairs bathroom.
Already recommended on multiple occasins to colleagues, friends and family.

I told Sophie the basics of what i wanted and she created my amazing bathroom. I still find it unbelievable my hideous bathroom has been changed into something so beautiful. The team are so friendly, patient, helpful and genuine. I couldn't recommend them enough. A massive thank you to the amazing work by NAW for putting this altogether for me. Both Easy Bathrooms and NAW didn't promise anything that couldn't be done.

We bought tiles for three bathrooms and Sophie was brilliant, super helpful and knowledgeable. Tiles delivered on time, no issues. Definitely recommend.

Ordering in store was easy and the staff were helpful and able to answer questions and queries.
The problems began once the goods were delivered, items were damaged, wrong items delivered.
Local stores don’t stock items so have limited options to try rectify issues. Two days for replacements to be delivered so fitters unable to progress the job. Then we were last delivery of the day, no priority given even though they were aware we were waiting replacement to continue the job. Zero customer service to rectify even though items were faulty! We ended up going to the Wakefield depot to collect some items to allow work to progress, then 1 hour wait to collect the items when we got there. No apology for any of the issues we encountered
