Although we have not purchased our bathroom suites yet, we are certain we will be buying them from Easy Bathrooms. This decision is not just because we liked the showroom and the bathroom suites, but largely due to the outstanding customer service we received from Rhys at the High Wycombe store.
His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to help during both of our visits were exceptional. He never rushed or pressured us; instead, he took the time to understand our needs, asked thoughtful questions, and offered helpful solutions and options.
Rhys was truly a breath of fresh air, and we will definitely be returning to complete our purchase with him. Thank you, Rhys

Excellent quality and friendly staff
We visited the High Wycombe branch and Rhys was most helpful when we decided to order from them for our en-suite shower room. Before the order was dispatched we made a few changes and Rhys was patient and professional throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he and a colleague were happy to help carry in returned product when we swapped a heavy item.
The quality of everything we bought was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the shower screen and the fitted cabinet furniture. The tiles look fabulous too.
We opted to have everything fitted by a local guy as we felt it gave us more flexibility over design and adding a few extras like recessed shelving.
We would definitely recommend this company based on our experience.

Good experience overall
We recently had a bathroom supplied and installed by Easy Bathrooms and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The whole process, from design through to installation, was handled smoothly and professionally.
The project was very well managed by Easy Bathrooms, and communication was excellent throughout — both at store level and from head office. We received regular updates and check-ins during the installation, which gave us real confidence that everything was on track. When a small part was missing, it was shipped out immediately with no delays, and delivery overall was very smooth.
Overall, we’re extremely pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms. A special thank you to Rhys at the High Wycombe store, who was incredibly helpful throughout and made the whole experience even better.
