The sales staff in the Gravesend store…
The sales staff in the Gravesend store are spot on and also very helpful. The last delivery had 2 items missing and an item damaged. The EasyBathrooms attention to detail and quality checks has dropped off. Over the last 12+ months of the 3+ years of using them the experience is getting worse. And the warranty side is also very poor. Think it’s a new supplier time.
