Joe Charles was excellent. My wife and I went into the showroom with an idea of what we were looking for and Joe immediately grasped what it was. He was able to guide us and offer alternatives to consider. We were able to buy complete the purchase in a stress free pleasant way.

The staff were lovely and very helpful
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The showroom was extensive. However, the bathroom panel section was lacking. The samples stuck on a board were high up and so I could not see the full effect of the little sample squares- I am 5'2". Although it was suggested I order a whole panel that I did not have to take so I could see the pearlised effect - I did not want to bother. I would have liked a sample to take to my house or at least see at my eye level! Also I had to bring flooring samples to Easy to match with the panels! I bought 2 different ones for my 2 bathrooms. I wished they had some bright colour options. I ended up with the white panels for the small shower room. Only to find that the trims did not come in white. I wanted the inside shower corner to have an invisible join. Jamie came up with a solution from another brand in white. Very pleased.

Good range and quality
An impressive showroom with lots of options and the salesman was very helpful and assisted us in choosing what we needed. Quality of the items is good. Only reason not 5 stars is down to the delivery. Pay £65 for delivery and this only brings it to the kerb and you end up unloading it yourself from the lorry and some of the items are very heavy and awkward and whilst it does tell you this in the small print I do feel that it should be a better service for the cost but other than that, very good.
