Lee at the Chorley branch has been absolutely fantastic. From start to finish he has made our experience in choosing our new bathroom so effortless, stress free and exciting. After going from show room to show room in and around Preston we are so grateful to have found Lee. He is a huge asset to the company and we can’t thank him enough. Great that we could have a catalogue and look through at our leisure in our own home. The staff were very professional and helpful. The tiles that we chose for our bathroom look amazing and overall we are very pleased with them and how they look.

Lee at Easy Bathrooms Chorley made the purchase of the mirror for my en-suite a breeze.
From setting foot in the store Lee put me at ease talking through all the different options. He then left me to take as much time as I needed to look at all the different mirrors.
Once I’d narrowed it down to about three, Lee talked me through which colours would and wouldn’t work with the tiles I have. He was so helpful and suggested things I hadn’t even considered.
If it hadn’t been for Lee’s expert guidance I could definitely have made a wrong choice. Can’t wait to collect the mirror and have it installed to put the finishing touches to a project that has taken a long time to get to where it is.

The staff at Easy Bathrooms Chorley made the whole experience easy and stress free and the final results are amazing, top quality products at a very reasonable price.

Anyone looking for a new bathroom that looks so much more expensive that what you paid get yourselves down and the staff will see you right.

Good products excellent staff

Met Ivor and Peter at the Chorley branch to discuss my first order with the company. They are really nice helpful people who have good knowledge of the product and the procedures in place to be a successful supply chain company. They advised on various sanitary ware and tile options, fit and price which helped to make the right choices. Once chosen, they quickly and accurately commented on availability and in no time at all delivery dates were agreed.

I can now report both phased deliveries took place on the agreed dates which included several progress communications and reminders which demonstrated a company striving to get things right - Impressive! All the product including tiles were delivered in pristine condition by helpful drivers. The deliveries had no balances and were 100% complete all as the orders.

The prices were competitive and although the product was delivered from a main warehouse the process could not have been more smooth and efficient.

Before I placed orders I discussed the procedures and timings for issues like damaged, faulty or the incorrect supply of equipment. Unlike some companies, they seemed reasonable to both sides. However, I am pleased to say none of these issues arose.

Whilst I have been delighted with the service from the Chorley branch and the warehouse I had occasion to contact the technical centre and was promised a call back with the information. This never happened which was a shame when everybody else got things right! I believe this needs sorting if the company want them to have a good reputation like the rest involved with this order.

I would have no hesitation being a return customer based on my overall experience.
