The lads in store are so friendly and can’t do enough to ensure that the bathroom is perfect.
We were helped by Jordan and he is amazing. This down to earth personality made it feel like we were in company of friends, not planning our bathroom. From planning the initial appointment to measuring and finalising the plans, everything has been easy and effortless

Had a couple of experiences with easy bathrooms now. Firstly buying tiles from them and secondly buying our new bathroom.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ritchie and the gang. They helped us professionally all the way through buying our new bathroom. The project is now underway with a few weeks to go, so hopefully everything will go to plan.

We came in not knowing exactly what we wanted. All of the staff with friendly and inviting and helped us with design and we are made up with the outcome. Highly recommend.

Just been for a mooch, came out with a sample tile, how amazingly helpful, a 600mm one! The staff are not only super helpful but really nice people, could have stayed all day... Birkenhead store, I will be back if not even just for a catch up!

We had a fantastic experience at Easy Bathrooms thanks to Richie. He was easy to approach and very comfortable to speak with throughout the process. His knowledge was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, and his quick communication ensured we got exactly the bathroom we needed. An absolute credit to Easy Bathrooms this is somewhere we’ll happily return to and highly recommend.

Visited there today with no appointment to look at kitchen tiles. Had a brief look on the website before, but we weren’t 100% sure on what we needed. Richie and Jordan were brilliant - although it was busy they were really helpful, giving us some opinions on some of the tiles we had been looking at based on daily maintenance etc. Easy transaction, we were in and out with what we needed within half an hour. Thanks so much for making this an easier process than I had anticipated!!

Visited Birkenhead, New Chester Road to have a look at options and because of how pleasant the staff were, we didnt want to consider anywhere else. Richard Taylor was exceptional as he really went out of his way to make the process simple and helped with options available for our small bathroom. I was worried it was a complicated task, but they took all the pressure off. There were other staff there and all very pleasant and welcoming, but only know one name (Jordan). They are a credit to the company as you don't often get that level of service. Thanks Guys.

Purchased furniture and tiles, did not use the fitting service or the finance service that Easy Bathrooms also provide.
Good selection of tiles and bathroom furniture, well laid out show room, friendly helpful staff. Delivery arrived on time and undamaged.
When emailing I received prompt replies and any queries were quickly answered and dealt with. Would recommend to anybody looking to get a new bathroom.

We bought everything for our bathroom in Feb 2025. The plumber couldn’t fit the waste that had been selected, all sizes were provided. The shower tray was too big and trying to get it exchanged was a joke. They wanted to me to return it (it hadn’t been opened), then be inspected, then the correct one sent.
Now we have a 2 cracks in the plinth that the shower sits on, despite numerous emails, no resolution and even an email saying it’s not something they supply!! Would never recommend, go to Clifton’s instead.
