I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure about ordering everything that would be needed by my bathroom fitter. Shelly at the Basildon store was extremely helpful and helped me through the ordering process. Excellent customer service.

A new refit bathroom was installed, however it wasn’t what was originally requested as design objective . Unfortunately despite waiting for a response which was promised in person by the area installation manager, we are still waiting 7 weeks later for a resolution. We have had to have plumbing redone to achieve our original requirements & now the shower area is going to be redone . Both which were the reason for the refit & initial requirements to involve a bathroom supply & fit store .

Wouldn’t recommend the team involved, as it seems that they like to pass the ball with the errors they’ve made. Thankfully the fact we have daily camera activity as to movements of an elderly relative , it would appear from the branch’s perspective that the person in question visited the store without ever leaving the house.

We will be submitting a claim .

i purchased a sink and unit earlier this month and the service I received at the Brighton show room was quick and very professional. I had a few problems with the unit I purchased and Chris was very quick to deal it and sort it out for me which I thought was brilliant. I would use Easy Bathrooms in Brighton again. Thanks Naomi

Be aware. I purchased some tiles from the Basildon store. The descriprion was of a porcelain stone affect tile, which was displayed on a board. All tiles were of the same colour and shade, no mention of different shades or colour variance. On receiving my order and opening 2 boxes (4 tiles ) there was a huge difference in colour and shade. I found this unacceptable and deemed it as being mis-sold. On contacting customer service they agreed to take them back less the 4 I had opened with a pick up charge of £60 and a 10% re- stocking fee. I strongly suggest anybody thinking of buying tiles from Easy Bathrooms think again.

I really can't recommend Shelly at Easy Bathrooms Basildon enough. She is fantastic at what she does. Made our bathroom selection and design so easy and hassle free.
Thank you so much for all your hard work and I would definitely recommend you to anybody looking to renovate their bathroom. My bathrooms are the highlight of my house♥️
