The showroom staff were brilliant. We had problems with the installation team. However, it was sorted out very quickly once we reported it to the installation team in Wakefield.

What a wonderful company. Hayleigh the manager was so helpful and friendly. The delivery driver equally as nice.

The selection and order process for a vertical radiator was easy from the Ashford, Kent showroom, but delivery costs were very, high if delivered from local showroom compared to delivery online (£45.00 compared to £15.00).
I decided to have the item collected by my installer.

Stuart was very patient with us answering our questions, tweaking the designs and making suggestions pointing out issues with our original thoughts. The bathroom turn out brilliantly.

Not what we expected they started by sending the wrong tiles which started to be fitted and then had to stop so we lost our tiler for 3 weeks, they only replace the tiles but do not compensate you for the labour, adhesive etc. Then because of the delay the fitting of the bathroom rad was delayed so we didn't realise the rad valves where missing having contacted them, their only response is you left it too late tough, so you pay for something they do not supply it and because they delayed your fitting TOUGH
Not a company you want to deal with.

Excellent product knowledge and advice. Ordering process was straightforward with follow up calls and emails confirming choices. Delivery was on time and as promised, the driver called 30 minutes before delivery. In all, a seamless process.

Although a good start with processing the order. The after sales service was extremely disappointing. I had found that our 3 way zena tap was scratched. Called up store in ashford Kent to get this replaced. Had to be authorised by head office. Went in a few days later after hearing nothing back(after I was assured a call to let me know what was going on) I called and went in a further 2 times and I’m still without a new tap. I’ve had to do all the leg work, running around and calls to store! Something the staff should have dealt with swiftly and at the very least a courtesy call to let me know wouldn’t go a miss. Not even a manager has been notified to call me. Won’t be using them for our downstairs bathroom next year.

I visited the store on Tuesday 25th March and was presently surprised with the variety of choice. I have to say a huge thanks to Tracey as I wasn't sure exactly what I needed and she helped me make a decision promptly. The quality of the products are impressive and I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Sorry it's a bit late, purchased about a month ago. Ben was absolutely fabulous, listened and desgined what I wanted. It's a shame he has left the company, they've lost a very good manager and seller. All the best to the ashford store without Ben.

I go into the Ashford branch regularly as a Trader. As well as sending customers in and always find the staff go above and beyond to help always giving good professional advice and help cementing sales

Went to the ashford store looking for ideas for my bathroom. Wasn't sure where to start but Ronnie was quick to to help and explained to me perfectly what I would need. Have plenty of ideas and will be back to deal with Ronnie to get my bathroom sorted.
