Won't stand behind their product or warranty
Easton charges insane amounts of money, $400+ for USSSA bats that inevitably break, then they won't stand behind their product warranty. Easton is the only company that I have bought bats from that would not honor a warranty.
Take care!!
As others have said shirt supplied not as described.
Weak rims and slow replacement
I have ea90ax wheels on my bike. After one year the rim of the rear wheel cracked.
It took 2 months to get a replacement.
I have had the new wheel for 9 months. I took it to the shop after the free wheel got stuck in subzero temperature. They noticed that the rim is alredy showing cracks again. Now I'm waiting for a replacement again.
Once I get it I'm going to sell it to somebody who weights around 60kg and put something different on my bike.
Multiple Breakages of Easton Ghost Evolution Bat - Request for Assistanceject
Subject: Multiple Breakages of Easton Ghost Evolution Bat - Request for Assistance
For many years, our family has been loyal Easton customers, trusting your bats for both of our sons and now for nine of our grandsons who play baseball. We've consistently appreciated the quality and durability of Easton bats.
However, we've recently encountered a concerning issue with Easton Ghost Evolution (drop 10) bats used by our 12-year-old grandson. Over the past year, three Easton Ghost Evolution bats have broken while he was playing. The first two breaks occurred last season, and a third one happened just last night during a crucial playoff game.
It's important to note that our grandson weighs only 90 pounds and plays for three teams (school, park district, and travel), so these breakages seem unusual. We're concerned about the quality of the recent Ghost Evolution bats and the impact these breakages have on his confidence during games.
To help diagnose the issue, I have attached photos of the two most recent broken bats.
We would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer. We'd love to see our grandson regain his confidence in his equipment and continue playing his best baseball.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Great Bar!
Katie at the bar has an awesome attitude. Her knowledge of Easton Town Center is very helpful. We look forward to visiting with Katie during our next stay!
Love these bats!
Just such great bats that have lasted my son 5 years. My son’s bat is still chugging along and is in great shape. I love the website they set up too! So if you are looking for a bat, get an Easton!
Easton Cycling absolutely sucks.
The customer service from this company is absolutely appalling. I don't think I've had a worse experience. I was trying to get a product number for a spoke nipple for a Easton carbon fibre rim. First, it two weeks to get a reply, second, when I did finally get a reply I received incorrect information. Installing something wrong on this rim might cause it to crack. These are almost $4000 rims. I pointed this out to the guy I was talking to and he asked for
more pics, so I sent him the same ones I sent initially. I still haven't heard back and its been over 4 days since our last email. And that's only the latest test of my patience from this company. Do yourself a favor, never buy an Easton product.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. All around, Easton, is garbage. Products are weak compared to their competitor companies and then to make it worse they try their best to screw you over with their return policy. Will never purchase any product from Easton again!
Easton ADV 360 died after 15 months!
Our Easton ADV 360 -3 broke shortly after the warranty period expired. It was purchased for $367.99 in January of 2022 and died in April of 2023. It was not used in batting cages with dimpled balls, it was just used for regular and off season high school baseball. I have since seen reviews that these bats commonly break, so buyer beware or consider the extended warranty. Personally, I am looking more closely before I buy Easton again.
Sent us back 2 cheap bats as warranty replacements for our 2 USA Maxum Ultras.
We sent in 2 cracked Easton Maxum Ultra USA bats for replacement under warranty. They sent us 2 Easton Speed Comp bats. These are NOT the bats we sent in and want as replacements. Ridiculous! Will not buy bats from this company again.
Ghost Advanced- continues to break not…
Ghost Advanced- continues to break not lasting more than 3 months. Easton will no longer warranty bat. Bats are crap. Please do not buy, you will definitely regret your purchase.
A company that will not back a NEWLY shipped replacement for a year.
Easton knows that their bats are brittle that is why they only stand behind the original warranty one year. A replacement “a new” Bat shipped directly from the company itself, they will NOT stand behind one year?????????
Ex: You purchase a bat in August 2020. Receive a replacement due to Covid July 28, 2021. Your replacement “a new bat”, cracks within a few months. You’re up the creek. Here’s the kicker! Their policy only backs the replacement through August. That’s right, if the bat would have cracked 1 month after receiving it, you’re up the creek.
Until Easton have enough confidence to back EACH new product for one year. My advice is below:
Advice to wise, or in my case, the faithful Easton supporter that doesn’t know, save your $500.

Easton Bats Cracks in Less Than a Month and Process to Return is Slow
I filed a warranty claim form and was totally ignored. I waited 2 weeks for a response. Spoke to customer service and she asked me to file again. I had to file another claim to see if they would respond. I did receive a response finally to return a bat less than a year old as well as filing another claim for my daughter’s 3 week old bat that cracked. Now she has nothing to hit with.
I have never had a issue with Easton…
5th Broken Ghost softball bat.
I have never had a issue with Easton until now they absolutely refuse to help there consumers. My daughter is currently on her 5th Ghost Advanced and she a week ago unwrapped her newest replacement from them and now her college team has to test every bat. Every Easton Ghost they tested failed even her new bat thats a week old.. now I am in a email war with them trying to get this bat issue resolved. I guarantee I will never buy another bat from rawlings or Easton again there customer service is awful.. My past experience with Easton was fantastic they always took care og there customers no questions asked. Once they merged or got bought out by Rawlings there customer service is awful.
If I could give it -10 I would
If I could give it -10 I would. Ghost cracked after 5mths in August . Sent back and 12+calls and emails later...crickets. continually using excuse of "we merged with Rawlings...backload" Don't care, horrible service. Tell your excuses to my 11 yr old granddaughter because that is who you are hurting. WILL NEVER SUPPORT EASTON AGAIN!
This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service! Their online return form is broken, I filled it out and no one got back to me. I ended up calling and they were able to help me quickly, sent me an RA number so I could return. After 2 weeks of returning the broken bat I called them about the status of the replacement bat, they told me that nothing had been shipped out yet because they were out of stock of the model I had, I told them I’d accept a comparable bat. So they sent me a bat about a week later however it was a pink and blue softball bat, I sent them a baseball bat 🤦🏼♀️ I have talked to multiple people and was told I would be sent an email to send back the new bat, that was two weeks ago, I’ve heard nothing. As I was writing this I called customer service again, I actually reached someone, once I told them the issue they hung up on me!!! I will never buy an Easton bat ever again!!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. No one answers emails. Was mailed a replacement bat but it was the wrong bat. I sent bat back and now no one can help me get the correct bat.
Horrible customer service
Brand new bat dented within four months, sent it back and was sent the wrong bat TWICE (different sizes, barrel). This has been going on for four months. Finally got in touch with someone who assured me it would be taken care of, sent the last bat back, they received an a month ago and absolute radio silence from Easton. Emails go unanswered, on hold for over an hour and no one answers. Do not buy Easton products in any way shape or form, you will regret it.
Easton is over.
Awful brittle bats with non existent customer service. 10 business days turns to 20 and hours on hold.
Don’t leave a message or use the automated call back feature. Easton doesn’t return calls either.
Too many better options with actual customer service.
Worst customer service and glass bats
Worst customer service. E-mails ignored, on hold for over an hour then disconnected, or was never able to get to a real person. Your ghost bats must be made of glass. My daughter has broken three bats. Including the warranty bat. So I bought another, and it broke with in a month. And I'm still waiting on the next warranty. I won't be buying another.
