Easterns exhibited great customer service and the staff was friendly (especially Ed and Otis). 10/10 would buy from the Baltimore location again!

My husband and I came in on the 9th of January and we worked with Tony Alexander. At first he seemed pretty decent but once we sat down to have our credit and everything ran it was a slow draining process from there on out. Tony went to have our credit ran and to find a bank for us to finance through. When he left to do that he stayed over there for an hour. My husband and I literally waited for a whole hour and not once did he come back over to check on us or to see if we needed anything. We were sitting right across from another salesperson who was more attentive to his customer. This other salesperson stayed with his customer and when he did have to walk away it was for short periods at a time. He also offered his customer something to eat and drink. By the time Tony came back he told us the banks were closed. Okay so it took you an hour to come back and tell us the banks were closed? Then he told us he would be off the next day but would still contact us after his manager found out how much a down payment would be. He also said when he found out that he would come in on his day off to meet with us and finish the deal. The next day came and he never called or texted us so we text him. He claimed his manager was off the day he said he was supposed to be in and we had to wait. The next day comes and all he asked us was do we have the 4000 down payment nothing else. In the beginning he asked how much we had to put down which we should have never told him cause after that that's the only thing he focused on. When he asked if we had the 4000 I responded by asking is that how much we need. He never even responded back hence why I'm writing this review. It was clear that he didn't want to help us and he had our credit ran way too many times without even letting us know anything. Due to the lack of his customer service we went somewhere else and purchased a great vehicle with a low down payment.

Great Experience! Mohammed was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out during my lunch break. I will consider them for all my future purchases.

I had the best car buying experience here at Easterns. I came in and Anthony Kha greeted me promptly and took care of me. I came in with the intent of buying a mustang and i went home a new mustang owner. He went above and beyond by buying me water several times and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even checks on me to this day making sure the car is everything I wanted. He alongside his manager Kevin and the entire staff were tremendous.

I purchased sight unseen and was overall satisfied and would purchase from Easterns again. Vehicle was in good shape and acceptable but appeared that interior had not been detailed. Other than that good experience.

They provided excellent service. I was a first time buyer and they helped me make the right decision and explained everything really well. I loved my experience.

The service was the best that I have had in years, anyone looking for a car Eastern should be your only stop.

My experience with Eastern Motors was a very rewarding one they were very congenial very helpful and we're concerned with making sure that all areas of concern were addressed and I would advise my friends to go there the car is one owner and I have a Carfax to give you a Carfax and go over every detail of the buying process to go over all your papers explain things to you and address any questions that you have I'm very pleased with what I have and will always give them a high rating

Very sneaky. Tried to make me pay him directly so he can “do something” for me don’t trust hughes!!
