Great shopping experience. The four coral frags arrived in excellent condition with good color and polyp extension. The Tridacna clam looks healthy and opens nicely, very well packed for shipping. I bought from EM previously and had coral delivered fine. This time I paid extra for same day shipping for a fish. I was not told I would pay extra to have my fish left at AirNZ cargo, not actually delivered to me at the address shown on my order confirmation. Luckily, driving there was not an issue for me, but neither the order confirmation, nor AirNZ tracking gave an address of where to collect it! Of course websites deliberately make it difficult to find a person to talk to, to confirm that I did need to go there, and confirm what the address was.
On the up side - the fish settled in great.
