This company is 100% a customer recommendation as over the past 3 months, I've had multiple issues with 2 separate cookers but this company has gone above on beyond to help me get a new cooker and they installed it all for me and left there work area tidy and clean also office staff are excellent with communication and understand you're issues and help no matter the issue or repair so I recommend this company to friends family and anyone else who needs appliance repairs.

Applied online on Sunday, had response next day (Monday) lunchtime to clarify. Turns out part wasn't in stock, but quick response & had an appointment set for Wednesday of same week.
Fitter was enthusiastic, polite & efficient; old piece removed & replaced in approximately 30mins. Broken element taken away as well.
Thoroughly recommended. 1st class.

Our freezer was having problems maintaining temperature. East Coast Appliances fitted us in ASAP, provided guidance and options, we proceeded down one route and it was done very quickly. Through out they were pleasant, helpful, and trustworthy. Aiming to use them for applications going forward!

After a few issues with communications (hence the four stars rather than five) …

Had to chase twice to see if they could repair our dishwasher
Agreed to an earlier appointment time but Doug arrived for the original appointment time

… we were very pleased with the way Doug dealt with the problem (new heat pump required).

They'll be our first port of call next time we need something repaired.

Hannah and Doug were great - really quick to get back to me to arrange a visit and Doug arrived with the part for my dishwasher and mended it first thing.

I got an appointment quickly. The issue with the fridge was quickly identified and resolved. I felt he went above and beyond what was expected to ensure customer satisfaction - would highly recommend!

I was able to quickly get an appointment and the engineer was super....kept me fully informed as he investigated why both my tumble dryer and warming drawer weren't working. Tumble dryer fixed immediately as the part was in his van. Have used East Coast Appliances before and always recommend them.

Very friendly, very efficient and quick to repair. We didn't need any spare parts! So very happy all round. Thank you!

Very happy, fast call out appointment, diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part on the van, washing machine up and running again with in the hour. Very good personal service and at a fair price. When needed will use again. Recommend

Doug fitted us in before his work day due to being told we had been messed around before. He fixed the washing machine, cleaned up after himself and was super helpful. Great service and I’m very happy to have a working washing machine. I would highly recommend.

Came out today to repair our extractor fan over the job. Explained the process and it seems to be working now.
Have already recommended to my parents for their appliances- cheers!

Super professional - very happy with the service

Doug came out to fix our dishwasher which had a leak according to the code. Doug came out and sorted it out. What a nice guy - tidy and organised - understands the value of customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him out again if any other machine fails. Highly recommended

Contacted Doug as washing machine was making odd noises. He was very professional and polite. He explained the problem and options however what impressed me is that he was not trying to make money out of me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone

We were recommended to East Coast Appliances by a friend and we are so pleased that they did. Our dishwasher suddenly stopped working after 12 years of hard work and Doug came the next day. He is very personable and told us that two main components had failed. It was repairable but probably not worth it. He was not at all pushy and left us to decide what we wanted to do. Because of this we chose to get him to replace it. We found he was also very competitive price wise and took a lot of care and attention when fitting. We will definitely be using this little gem of a company again. Thank you Doug and Hannah.
