We did so much research when choosing who to go with to supply our artificial grass and after many different quotes we went with Easigrass after reading all reviews from satisfied customers. They say you pay for quality and quality is what we got, the service from first initial contact with Mason was very friendly and professional to the measuring up and the guys who installed, it was all a great experience throughout and the end result we couldn't be happier with. Would definantly recommend Easigrass to any one considering artificial grass.

Please read and consider before you buy this product as any concerns and complaints sent to HEAD OFFICE are not dealt with, you only get pushed around the system, fobbed off with excuses or accused of all sorts of things. Do not expect to get your purchase repaired or replaced as it can take at least a year to get anywhere even an acknowledgement of your email.. Our local franchise has been great, our complaint has nothing to do with their services, just the attitude of senior management etc at head office of Easigrass itself.

We have had lines appear down where the edges meet, all approximately 2inches across and uniform in depth, spaced out 2 inches apart. Each line is dead straight and there are four lines in each section. The longer grass has disappeared leaving the shorter grass underneath. We contacted our local branch who came out to see what could have caused these. They are in three areas of our garden, in different climate settings, shady, sunny and under a tree. We do not have mirrors etc in the garden and the garden itself is surrounded by trees and a 6ft fence. He was unable to see what the problem could be and so videoed it and sent it to head office for advice.

Our neighbour, a gentleman of 80 years old, who is partially sighted, had exactly the same problem, the only difference is his garden is in full sun and so we said we would also act on his behalf. The local company looked at his garden, and again noted it was the same problem. Both gardens had been covered with Easigrass a few months apart. Both areas were also covered by the same batch provided by Easigrass, we checked the batch number, my neighbours garden being fitted using the final length off our roll.

Head office descended and proceeded to tell me (rather loudly) it was my fault, claiming I had burnt it with a bbq ( one of the 6ft set of lines is right next to my wood pile), the sun had reflected off my plastic washing line (neatly going round a corner) or I had carelessly moved a dribbling water feature onto the main walkway to allow the sun to reflect( again around a corner)...... Even a car mirror reflection had bounced off a wall and burnt it.... I was told all this so loudly and quite forcibly that my neighbour two doors down called out to see if I was alright.

They informed me (The manager who visited me that day) a week later by email, that was clearly a burn and therefore my fault but, because the "supposed item had been removed" they could not state how it had occured. However they would be happy to replace it all at my cost. I stated that I had been advised by his good self, that someone would monitor it and,if it was a chemical or manufacture fault, they would decide the next steps. Well to cut a very long story regarding plenty of ignored emails,blunt short replies, change of spokesperson, I am left with three pieces of a different grass stapled over the top of the problem areas, leaving a wedge. I have been told to wait a year, take photos at three monthly intervals and send to them. Then, and only then, they will review the situation. NO one will come out to monitor it. NO MENTION HAS BEEN MADE OF MY ELDERLY NEIGHBOURS GARDEN ISSUE WHICH WAS PART OF THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT AND HAS BEEN ASKED ABOUT WITHIN All MY EMAILS. The poor gentleman seems to have been ignored.
Please, please go careful with this company, their complaints procedure means nothing as they obviously prefer you to just go away. I have tried to get someone to help both my elderly neighbour and myself, however we are just pushed to one side. The only way we get a reply to our email is to threaten to take this issue further. We have tried for 5 months to sort this out, and have reluctantly now decided to voice our frustration online as no one in that head office seems to be bothered.

Lovely grass to look at and enjoy, just watch it if you wish to raise an issue with head office.......

Great customer service and installers, the astroturf looks amazing.

Came out gave quote very professional and organised the work for the following week. The team appeared 8:30am as they said they would and cracked on. A brilliant 3 guys who worked hard and completely transformed my rear garden which had been ripped up by our dogs into a lovely looking and easily kept clean artificial grass paradise

I was most impressed with the whole experience from estimate through to installation.
I highly recommend Easigrass.

The Easigrass team were professional, did a very good job and left no mess.

Overall, alright experience but room for improvement.

Based in Hertfordshire, sale person, Mason is very responsive and guides through the whole process.

But a bit confused when the company had a brief quote depend on the pics and measurement you provided and we have to pay for half as deposit before we can process (even though it’s refundable in case want to withdraw later on). Then the company would send a person to do proper measurement and give a confirmed quote of the project. From our experience, the staff who came for proper measurement told us a number of different things from what we were agreed with the sale team. Probably can be more clear in this point. But got it solved afterward by sale team at the end.

We had the artificial grass done in mid of September in our back garden, took less than 2 days to get it done around 55 m2. Workers are polite and efficient. The joint of the lawn is barely can identified. However, we found that in the middle of the lawn is lifted up and they said it’s normal. While 2 out of 4 sides of the edge of the lawn are also lifted up. One side almost all coming out and can see the underneath. Contacted the company and took almost 3 weeks for them to come back and fixed it. In between had to follow the progress. But got it solved for the lifted up edges.

Generally look nice for the lawn but can be better for the customer services. At least are responsive and solved the issue after reported to the sale team even thought takes longer time than expected and delayed other parts of our garden work.

Grass looks great, very quick installation

Easigrass were efficient, professional and polite. Also, considering the amount of work involved in laying an artificial lawn (I had no idea), they were speedy. They laid my lawn in a day. I feel in safe hands with them - the lawn looks great, and I have the reassurance of knowing it’s been done properly.

They are indeed reliable, from initial sales quotation, after sales follow-up to the onsite work, everyone is very responsive, well organised and showing an enthusiam to help accomplish customer's request.

Had our lawn laid today and we love it , the 2 lads who did the job,quick and efficient very professional, highly recommended

The whole process from dealing with Angus (who was amazing and super helpful) online with the initial quote and order process to the guys who came on-site and prepared and installed the artificial grass was second to none. A real professional approach and we are very happy with the end product.

Brilliant service, got price given quickly, fitting agreed and done within 10 days. Service was excellent all the way through from order to complete.

Men were on time and site was kept clean and very impressed with they work.

I was not actually here when your staff came in to install the grass. They took my flatmates by surprise as they were supposed to be coming on 21st Septebmer and actually came on 15th!

However the guy Arvin(?) who came to measure was very professional and I am delighted with my lawn. I am. told the staff installing moved a lot of stuff around on the balcony in order to complete the installation which is much appreciated. Thanks too all at Easigrass!

They did a great job and and didn't take long either, even though there was some mix up with the date. Turf looks fab though!
