Got the 5.3TB, was in China, and they managed to get it shipped to me 2nd January, just a couple days after I ordered them, which was pretty impressive considering it was a bank holiday at that time. The quality is the same as mentioned in their discord and Reddit page, quality’s as expected and pretty happy with my purchase. Thanks

Ordered multiple times, always a good experience. They also do contact you if the delivery gets forwarded to the post office (if you are not home when the package arrives). Shipping is made safely, even so no damage or other things will happen. Time between ordering and shipping could be faster but overall a very good experience.

Awful! Ordered a month ago and order still hasn't shipped. Asked to cancel and refund numerous times, they keep ignoring my request and provide endless excuses. Scam of a company, stay away!

Shipping went fine and after 10 Days I received my package. But regarding the quality I am very disappointed. Just got mine delivered 5 days ago. I just tested them and have to say the sound quality is pretty bad. The low frequency sounds are fine but in the high frequency sounds they are absolutely garbage and don’t give any. I compared them with 60€ gaming headsets and they have every high and low spectrum covered, not the earhive ones sadly. Definitely cant recommend, the sound in general is very numb and in low frequency, which makes any song sound weird. ❌

Avril 2025 ouverture d’un ticket pour un remplacement à cause d’une fissure. Ma demande a été pris en compte par le support via WhatsApp. Le jour même de ma demande. Après un diagnostic par vidéo, le support a accepté de remplacer rapidement mon écouteur endommagé.
