The wax was removed successfully by the Amy. However, I have had ringing in my ear ever since. I have impaired hearing in my left ear, which was the only one treated.
I will seek to get a GP appointment to establish if there has benn any damage done to the eardrum.

Samira was lovely , she took her time to explain the process and answered all my questions professionally and fully. She was knowledgeable and even showed me the before and after images via a live camera in my ear. All in all I would have no hesitation recommending.

Comfortable and safe environment with Ray. Everything explained and free screening at the end.

Lovely guy, told me all about the procedure, continued to check I was ok during the procedure , and once procedure was complete I could hear a pin drop . Won't hesitate to use them again , and would recommend to friends and family .

Ear wax removal via microsuction was excellent and well worth it.
Unfortunately the follow up Hearing Test did not take place.The person meant to carry out the test did not like it when I said I was surprised that I needed a test because I've always been noted for my sharpness of hearing.I was asked in a not very pleasant manner why I'd bothered to turn up!I pointed out it was out of good manners to the lady who removed the ear wax and carried out a preliminary hearing test.Things went downhill from there and the person accused me of disrespecting them because I smiled apparently at an inappropriate time.At this point I thought it was better to leave.I've never been treated like this in my life.Sadly I cannot recommend Earful to anyone after this experience.What a shame after a good first visit.

Was struggling to hear anything at all since a couple of days before I went . Rang Earful who was very good on the phone and fixed me up straight away , Rang them at 9 and was having my ears syringed by 10.30 . Very good service and would definitely use them again

I had a great experience—my ears were thoroughly cleaned and the service was lovely.

Turned up at the centre and sat there for 20mins-another lady sat there and she had been waiting 30 mins.Phoned Earful and they said they would get the Audiologist to phone me.Spoke to a lady at the surgery and she told me you had not been there for months.I did go to the new venue and sa the Audiologist,he was very nice and explained everything to me.You need to make it clear to patients that you have moved especially for people who haven't been for an appointment for quite a few months.

When I arrived a very pleasant young lady took a quick look and quickly determined the issue. She knew exactly what to do and carried the job out with care, professionalism and efficiency. She explained what she was doing all the way through the procedure. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and walked out with my hearing restored. Great service. I hope I never have to go again as I've hated having a bunged up ear but would use Earful again without hesitation if needed.

Lovely girl and very good at her job she made me feel very welcome.
