I really felt well taken care of with Eagle-Eye. When our luggage was lost by the airline, the leader expressed concern and offered to help. All arrangements were made for us and everything was worked out smoothly. The leader was an expert birder who patiently helped find and identify all the birds.

In early May, I travelled with Eagle-Eye on a birding trip to Point Pelee National Park,Rondeau Provincial Park,and Long Point. One of the many highlights was a day trip by boat to the banding station at the tip of Long Point.
Even though the guides had to contend with a van that broke down part way through the trip, they were always cheerful. Their knowledge of the birds was amazing.
I would highly recommend this trip.

Managing a tour in a remote location, postponed 2 years by Covid, is not an easy task. Eagle-Eye did an excellent job. The staff kept us informed throughout the process and were very responsive to any questions. They made sure our trip insurance was in place and would cover Covid related issues (not all insurances would). With no hassles, they made sure our policy was rolled over to the following year when the trip was delayed. I was never concerned about losing our pre-trip expenses.
All arrangements for the flights, meals and hotel accommodations were handled by Eagle-Eye. Other than a delay in some luggage arrival (an airline issue and not the fault of Eagle-Eye), travel the Arctic went well. The hotel accommodations were excellent.
The staff on the tour itself was excellent and provided a memorable experience.

The trip was poorly planed, unsafe and the guides were unprofessional. Safety- one of the vans had a door that would not open from the inside preventing any of the passengers from getting out if there had been an emergency. The guides drank beer at dinner then drove the tour participants back to the hotel. The guide was on his phone frequently while driving and twice drove off the road while on the phone. Poor Planning- The guides got lost several times and took us to restaurants that were closed. Bathrooms were often not available for 3-4 hours at a time. Poor food and accommodations- the meals included with the tour usually consisted of a hotel breakfast, fast food or a picnic lunch where not enough food was provided. For Bird watching, early mornings were the norm, but the guide often kept us out late ands we were working on 5-6 hours of sleep a night. Most of the accommodations were adequate, but one hotel provided was former Howard Joshson's which had not been remodeled since the 70's with holes and stains on the sheets, moldy peeling carpets, lumpy, brick like mattresses and pillows, and no hot water. The guides were condescending and rude and gave little or no attention the growing dissatisfaction of their tired and hungry guests. While her rest of us had not enough food and no restrooms, one guide in particular packed a sandwich for himself which he ate mid morning while there rest of us were hungry, and urinated in front of the female guests without regard to what we did not want to witness. We departed the tour several days early and were never so glad to be done with a vacation.

Due to COVID-19 my trip to Narwhales was cancelled for 2020 & 2021.
However, process to be reschedule for 2022 has been clear & easy.

We had a tour cancelled due to covid restrictions and Eagle-Eye quicly refunded our depost. Thank you so mch for that. I can hardly wait for travel and tours to begin again!

My highest recommendation goes to Eagle Eye Eye Tours for their great service and customer support. Recently I participated in the Western Pacific Odyssey trip from New Zealand to Japan. Unfortunately the trip was curtailed early due to an injury as well as the world wide covid closure. Eagle Eye worked with me and the ship company to receive a refund for my trip. Their efforts were above and beyond any I ever expected from a tour company. I will definitely travel with them in the future when that becomes possible again.

Canadian Rockies May 30 - June 4 2017
This was a great birding tour in different habitats in Alberta including prairie, woodland, wetland and mountains. From Calgary to Kananaskis to Frank Lake to Waterton N.P. to Head- Smashed-in Buffalo Jump, World Heritage Site, we saw a good variety of species of birds. The guides were very familiar with the area and were skilled in finding birds. We also saw other wildlife including bison and bear. The Rocky Mountain scenery is spectacular. Accommodation was good. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Customer service first class. From initial enquiry, to booking, enforced Covid-19 cancellation and refund everything was handled very smoothly. My only disappointment was in not being able to experience the bird migration at Point Pelee and Algonquin Park. Hope to do so next year.

I have not even been on tour with this company yet and I still feel well taken care of! Customer service has been fantastic! Tour was cancelled due to Covid 19 but I am already rebooked and ready to go for 2021!

I have enjoyed and been well supported by Eagle-Eye Tours on a wonderful trip to Ecuador a few years ago. They have been very supportive as the Covid-19 outbreak has required cancelation of plans to tour south-east England. I look forward to future travels with Eagle-Eye Tours and recommend them to all travellers!

I have known about Eagle Eye Tours for many years and greatly respect the management and guides. Finally, we booked a tour and found the process to be a very positive experience. Unfortunately, our tour was cancelled due to Covid-19, which was a huge disappointment, but Cam and his team were very business-like and caring about it. We were offered a full refund with no questions asked. I have taken several tours and my experience with Eagle Eye was top shelf.

Wonderful company and Juliana is right there with advice or answers when you make an inquiry. They were also quick with the refund for a cancelled trip. Hope to see Point Peter birds with them soon.

Cuba Tour February 2020 was among the best I've attended. The tour was well organized and well paced. Both the Cuban guide and the Canadian guide were generous in sharing their extensive knowledge of the natural world and were always aware of each participant's desire to see particular birds.

I was so excited to have found an organized tour to see the narwhals in May. It would be my first trip with Eagle-Eye Tours, and the staff was great to answer all of my questions and concerns. I couldn't believe how great the experience was - incredibly thorough, organized in the specific details, clear communications, and most of all patient with me. In addition to planning the trip, they helped with insurance and hotel recommendations. Unfortunately, this year's trip was cancelled due to the virus. However I was super impressed with their options for handling the situation (way better than other more prestigious travel companies). I hope that I will be able to travel in 2022 and join this amazing trip.

Overall I had a good trip to Cuba. We had excellent guides, very good looks at many target species, very good transportation and the majority of our accommodations were good to very good; one location for 3 nights was more on the poor side, with no water on one morning and then no hot water in the afternoon. Our needs were communicated to the hotel staff and things were much improved the following morning. I found the food rather repetitive from day to day, lunch was the same as dinner with a protein option. The Restaurants were clean and the staff very good. We saw a good variety of habitats and natural areas. Cuba has some beautiful natural areas and scenery. It would be great if they could develop an eco tourism industry.

Everything about the Costa Rica Sampler trip was outstanding. Our guides Ernesto and Paz were excellent. They shared in-depth knowledge about not only the birds and plants but also the history and culture of the country. Accommodations and food were wonderful everywhere we stayed. The itinerary was well planned, enabling us to visit many different habitats. Highly recommended!

An excellent field trip, from the basic information provided beforehand to the day-by-day experience under the direction of Skye Haas and Adam Kent.

The Belize and Tikal trip is well organized and executed. Ernesto Carman, the Eagle-Eye guide, is one of the best Central America has to offer. He is the guide most birders hope for and literally birds from dawn to dusk (and sometimes beyond!) Ernesto appreciates that we cannot all keep pace with him and he is very understanding about one taking "personal time" to recharge. The accommodations and meals are quite adequate. Tikal is a very special aspect of the trip. The group has a one day pass and use this pass on the first full day in the park. I would recommend the organizers purchase a two day pass for the group. This would allow, on the second day, for anyone who so wishes, to return to the ruins for another visit.

Actually 4 1/2. The tour was excellent and the guide Chris did everything he could to find us all the birds possible. He and the group were very friendly and we all enjoyed the experience. All the accommodations and meals were also first rate.

I just have one additional comment, not really a criticism . I am an ardent bird photographer and on many of my recent trips the guides were able to take photos through the telescope with a cell phone. This is quite difficult and takes a lot of practice. I have been trying to perfect it myself. Our leader Chris was not experienced in this area and said he wasn't that interested in the concept, and not impressed with the results he had seen. However my experience has been quite good in that regard.

As more and more birders are also keen photographers maybe your guides could become adept at that . You might also state in the promo of a trip whether this will be possible.
