Everything has been fine until you have a problem.
Bought battery less then a month ago that troubles charging. They want me to send it back registered post (at my expense) so I am going to be left without a cigarette for however long it takes them?
I have spend hundreds if not thousands since I started shopping with them but i can tell you, I am not impressed at all. Will never buy a battery with them again.

Edit: as you can see by their attitude it says it all. Not ONCE did they say the postage would be refunded back and I have all the emails so I can put them here if you need clarity?
To lose a loyal customer over a 35 euro battery is scandalous. Have aoend THOUSANDS with you.
Will be sending registered post and waiting on my refund this week. Pity you've ost yourself a good customer with your bad attitude and replies

they sent the wrong Tank (a simple mistake), I contacted the shop, I sent back the wrong Tank, a day later I had what I ordered, money for shipping refunded, I am ordering from 2020, so I recommend it

Does anyone know if when the product is being delivery it’s in inconspicuous packaging. As in there’s no way to know what website you bought it off, the shop or the product.

They are not trustworthy. There is no correlation between the web site and the reality. They are saying the same thing every week and they are making fun of the customer..

Placed order for 1ltr PG 2 days ago, got it today which was perfect only to find that the PG Best before date is 30/6/2020... that gives me only 3 months to use it and since i mix my own with a high VG content and low PG content then this will be out of date before ive even used 1/4 of it 1ltr of PG would last me about 1 year,that is why i ordered 1ltr bottle to make sure i had enough for 12 months. THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE LARGE AMOUNTS OF LIQUIDS HAVE LONG DATES AND USE NEARBY DATES IN SMALLER AMOUNTS.
