Easy to use but does not use the tax form 'line items' so you don't know where you are in the form. At the end, just before filing you are not given the option to use ONLY the free filing. I was asked to pay, no option to NOT pay. Very confusing at this point.

recently had an experience with another well-known tax prep service—you know the one, rhymes with “H and Our Stock.” Let’s just say, after paying over $800 for their so-called “peace of mind,” I ended up being audited, penalized, and completely shortchanged on the return I was promised. On top of that, I never received the stimulus payments or credits I was entitled to, all because of mistakes they made. The last five years have been nothing short of a nightmare, fighting with the IRS and struggling through financial hardship just to get back what was rightfully mine.

But let’s focus on the positive. E-File.com has been a completely different experience. They actually listened to me, took the time to understand my situation, and got things done the right way. No endless hold times, no scripted responses—just real people who genuinely wanted to help. Every time I called, they answered fast, and Hannah was nothing short of amazing. Sadiq (I hope I’m spelling that right) was also incredible, and I feel truly blessed to have worked with them. They deserve all the recognition for their patience, professionalism, and for finally helping me get back on track. If you’re tired of being just another number in the system, this is where you need to go.

My personal opinion is E-file is a great free app we're others charge I will continue to use E-File .as long as I file taxes. Thank you E-File💯👍🇺🇸

E-filed is very easy to use. It practically did all the work for us. We did not have any problems. We used E-file last year too. Our return was immediately accepted by IRS. Within 3 days after filing our refund was deposited in our bank. I will definitely continue to use E-file.

I want to print my returns and am not allowed to sign in to my account. You have no customer service phone number.

The step by step instructions was & is so helpful.

The website is easy to maneuver through, the links are easy and accessible. The online 1040 was easy to fill out, the program did all of the math for me. Also there are forms for education if you are not sure how to fill out a certain line on the 1040.
