I am reposting this review after previously removing my original review during discussions with e-Careers, as I believe it is important to honestly share my experience.

I initially contacted e-Careers within the 14-day cooling-off period to cancel my CIPD course due to unexpected personal circumstances. Despite this, I struggled to get clear and professional support from multiple members of staff, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion.

I spoke with four different colleagues on 7 May 2026, and unfortunately none of them were particularly helpful in explaining my cancellation rights or resolving the issue properly.

I also remain concerned about the sales process. During the initial call, I was encouraged to redeem a voucher code almost immediately, without clearly being informed that doing so could affect my ability to cancel within the cooling-off period. Looking back, this process did not feel transparent.

Although e-Careers eventually responded, I felt pressured to remove my earlier Trustpilot review before the matter was fully resolved, which left me feeling uncomfortable and manipulated rather than genuinely supported as a customer.

What ultimately resolved the situation was me contacting the finance/loan company directly myself. The loan provider was the party that assisted with cancelling the finance agreement. Had I not taken that step independently, I believe the situation could have become much more difficult financially and emotionally.

I appreciate that progress was eventually made, but overall the experience did not reflect the level of professionalism, transparency, or customer care I expected from a training provider.

I found Piyush to be helpful, I spoke to another member of the support team earlier in the week which was not able to process my request.

I would like to THANK Piyush for his clear instructions and communication to assist with a problem I had created. Piyush was quick to understand my needs and assist me with getting on with my studies. I have received excellent customer service from Piyush today .

Its just a lie that services are given

Suddenly when i asked for a refund for aat level 4 my course access was denied for level 2 and 3 also im never given xero as well. Regarding expiry kindly mention date when i received a email that my courses are going to expired. Services for ehich i had paid i was never offered. They just know to scam people and make money. Never give the services for which we pay to them. Dont buy their courses these people are fraud.

Found the process of enrolling extremely easy for my CIPD level 5. Luke was very helpful and made sure I had the best deal available, which helped, as this is completely self funded. Luke answered all the questions I had about my course and tutor support available. Having shopped around to see which learning provider would suit me most, E-Careers definitely stood out. In addition they were highly rated online in CIPD study groups.

Anushka Arora was great and very helpul. I needed help on how to pay for my membership fee and they have sent an email with all the steps and screenshots so it will be easier for me. They also replied fast. Very good customer service.
