A brilliant start!
A positive introduction to both the provider and the courses I selected. Luke engaged with me and helped me navigate to find the right combination of courses.
Once I had paid, I received activation vouchers immediately, which were easy to redeem. My courses appeared almost immediately too, even though the information says it may take up to 3 days to become available.

Overall, I had a good experience with eCareers. The course was easy to follow, and I liked being able to study at my own pace. The support team was helpful whenever I needed assistance. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some parts of the course could be more interactive. I'd still recommend eCareers to anyone looking for flexible online learning.
