Customer support absolutely disappointing
The Dyson V15 Motorbar has a major design flaw — it breaks easily under normal use. I’ve had an approved warranty claim since April, but after more than six months and countless follow-ups, Dyson still hasn’t sent the replacement. Every update says it’s “currently out of stock” yet nothing ever arrives. Their customer support has been extremely disappointing — you’re either chatting with an unhelpful AI bot or a representative using translation software, and neither provides any real assistance.
