We are a golf specific fitness studio based in North Leeds. We help golfers stay injury free and get more out of their golf game by improving movement, stability and strength. We offer 1:1 sessions, small group sessions and online training to those unable to visit our unique studio. Working alongside local golf teaching professionals we tailor each golfers programme specifically to there technical and physical goals. We want every golfer to perform their physical best on the golf course, give themselves the best chance of being the best golfer they can be and play the game they love for as long as possible.

Fun and challenging with a patient tutor
Knowledgable about fitness and golf
Rachael performed a series of informative tests to analyse my strengths and weaknesses from a mobility perspective which she then translated into a fitness programme. Rachael took me through the programme, highlighting good form and providing encouragement. I left feeling confident in undertaking the programme and look forward to monitoring positive results.
Extensive but not Expensive
if you really want to understand more of how your body works in your world of golf, then a full assessment of your strengths, skills and areas for improvement, backed up with an understandable analysis and action plan is surely the way forward. I have just completed my first session with Dynamic Golf and have come away encouraged with the assessment model, the analysis of me, my physical limitations and areas for improvement, as an amateur/recreational golfer and my personal goal to be better and more consistent on the golf course. I now know that I will have to invest some exercise/training time on a daily/weekly basis to improve my core strengths and witness a change.
I have another session booked for next week which will focus on my action plan. In the meantime I am following Rachael’s advice about getting started with the use of resistance bands, using a set of dumbbells I already have and doing all this at home. Suits my lifestyle.

Rachael is expert, creative in her approach, very good at applying science and theory to the player’s current condition so as to identify areas for improvement (lots in my case!), sort them into order of importance, design a personal programme that is do-able, and help you to measure and enjoy the progress.

The exercises given are challenging but within my reach, and when done regularly I can feel the difference it makes to my overall mobility, and strength.
The coach is always on time. She checks my progress I have made and prepares me a new routine for the next 6 weeks. The app is great as I can do the new routine in my own time. Some exercises in The routines I have been given have to be done in a gym. The routines routine on the app are well structured and clearly labelled and explained. Once I had my lesson, the routine will be sent onto the app within 48 hours.
A very knowledgeable coach. Going to Dynamic golf has made a huge difference on the golf course and in my life generally speaking.

Core strength for golfers
I went to dynamic golf in November 2022 for a six week block for something to do on a dark winter evening , 8 months later I’m still there every week. At 66 working with Rachael has improved my general strength but more importantly my golf , im hitting the ball a lot better these days, I enjoy the work outs with a good group of like minded lads and Rachael is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does
