Everything went as expected. No surprises. Life is good

They had the part for my awning which no one else had. Shipping was quick. My only issue with Dyers RV is the flat rate shipping which seems high.

Part was as depicted and came quickly. Good experience and would use Dyers for any RV parts I need in the future.

The transaction was easy and they contacted me right away with back order items via e-mail in a timely manner. I tried to call but was asked by the recording to call back in 30 min. tried twice and never got to talk with anyone. Very strange?? The products were shipped in a box with no packing material. By the time they got to me the boxes were almost broken thru as the parts were two gear-heads just clunking around each other loose in a fairly large box. The other shipment was a single heavy motor also just clunking around in the box. I think i just lucked out without shipping damage.

To make an extremely long story short, I called before I ordered a hitch to insure it would arrive on time. I was told there was no problem and it would ship that day. Fast forward 4 days, I still didn’t have a hitch and the tracking information didn’t work. I called for 3 days in a row and no one could figure out what happened to a $1200 hitch. It just vanished. I was just told “maybe it will show up, maybe it won’t”. Come to find out, only after me spending 3 days and many hours on the phone, as well as me even offering to drive several hours to pick it up myself, the hitch finally showed up on the tracking number originally provided. The hitch was sitting in their warehouse ready to ship the entire time. We were 2 days late leaving for vacation due to this.

Fast reasonable shipping. Had what we wanted

We have not actually opened the boxes yet but the product available, communication and speed of shipping was excellent.

Price was comparable with Amazon, it was the correct part I needed to fix slide out. Came in good time, easy to order and work with. Was not packaged very well and was freely moving around in shipping box. Over all great experience.
