First time ordering from Dyers and when it arrived, the box and the item inside was damaged. I called them the following day to tell them and within an hour, she had placed and shipped another one to me no charge. Very impressed with their excellent customer service. Fast and friendly

Product was ok. But the Jr rain extended rain. Diverter is made to mount under a awning with a rain gutter system. Person who I talked with when I asked if it mounts under awning hanging rail said yes. It mounts under awning with gutter system on top of awning where it mounts on rv. Your staff needs more knowledge and more training. Not designed to go under hanging rail. Like he thought. I had to jury rig it to make it work.

Bought part on May 31 2019 called on June 10 to see if my part had shipped he didn't know had no information when it would be shipped. I was not happy.

I found y’all on the net after multiple searches after my water heater went out after 3 months of the purchase! After calling the dealer for warranty and another 9 months of the run around my warranty was up, that’s when I found y’all! The part was a direct fit and way cheaper than having to carry the camper 70 miles to have repaired! I installed it in less than 5 minutes and have hot water now
