Not the right pitch arm assembly and can't return. The adjustable pitch arm is shorter. My awning has a significant slant in it but hey the rain will run off! And works just fine. This is not Dyer's problem, the part number was given to me directly by Dometic when I provided hardware info. Sucks. So only problem is return policy. Would have been nice to get the correct item.

After shopping around, I chose Dyers to purchase a Suburban SW6P water heater. I selected Dyers because they offered more payment options, such as American Express and PayPal, they had very good reviews, and the price was competitive.

The water heater was shipped promptly and arrived in less than two days. I would definitely consider Dyers for any major purchase for an RV.

I am so glad I found Dyers. I broke a part of my awning support and tried to find a replacement through my local RV parts store & online suppliers I knew by name. The only offers I received were for the full assemblies, which cost a lot more!! In a search I found Dyers & the have the exact make and separate part. This took me a while so I called them to see if I could have it shipped ASAP & get it before my trip & the customer service was also excellent & the price was great. I will by from Dyers from now on.

Dyers not only got me the part I needed but sent the manufactures upgraded part at no extra cost.

Well, since you asked for a review of your service, that's what I'll give. I can't review the product, because I have not received it yet. Nor have I received a response from you regarding my request for status. Your "2 to 5 business days" has stretched to 10 business days. I understand "out-of-stock" problems, but you have not said whether that is the problem. You have not responded at all. Your website says you will not charge my credit card until my "order is batched and processed", but the charge was posted the day of my order. And apparently, I can't check the status online if I did not have an account when I ordered. So, how is the service? What service? I have received NO service. Where is my shipment?
