Dwyer Account Structure
Depend on Dwyer for one of our main customers as they specify them.
Last year was a down year but strong this year and previous years.
Yesterday day received a fax saying that we would not continue to receive the dis counts we are used to or that we will have to by from another company and this is not good.
We rely on the discounts to get our customer the best possible pricing.
Can tis be reconsidered.

Dwyer has been a very good resource for my business with instrumentation. There are times when they don't ship as quickly as other sources, However they do give me an honest discount as a small but very real OEM builder of custom equipment. Would recommend them to anyone who hasn't heard of them already.

Battery life for DPG-109 not as specified
The battery life for DPG-109 is only about 60 hr, and not 2,000 hrs as specified. I've made several attempts to work with customer service to understand/rectify this problem, but Dwyer has not been responsive. Dwyer knows this is a problem, but has not changed the product specifications to reflect reality. Buyer beware.

Outstanding customer service when needed! Ordering is so quick and easy that I rarely need to contact anyone. But when I have, I just can't say enough about the service provided. Wish all my purchases could be with Dwyer!
