This system is very difficult for me to use and slower than a human on the other line. Bring Back a "real" person.

Your website is somewhat confusing at times as you have items that our discount applies to. Items that it doesn't apply to, and items that are documentation request are not in the discount schedule.
It would be easier if you just marked up everything NOT included in the discount schedule so no matter what you select for your cart you know your discount is going to be applied.

I had difficulty registering as a new customer. There was a statement made that my user name would be my e-mail address and then it asked for my password and per usual password a second time. This seemed to throw off the data entry fields making me do several corrections after getting error notices things were not right. I had to redo a lot of entries twice to get registered correctly. On check out, I had to re enter my VISA date twice to get it to accept the order. Hopefully we will only get charged the stated $1124.10 + S & H.

Dwyer/Love always hit's the ball out of the park with their customer and product support. One of those companies that you wish there were more of!

Choosing the item was made easier with the part number builder was easy

The 616KD differential press. transducer worked perfect for our application at an asphalt plant for monitoring draft diff. pressure to the burner control. Also customer support for the wiring was very helpful and much appreciated, thanks.!

I bought 2 of the DCT510A timer control boards for our equipment and they work great and are very simple to install. I have had the opportunity to buy similar boards from other companies but refuse for the simple fact that I have NEVER had any issues with anything I have purchased from Dwyer so I will continue to buy from them and will always trust the workmanship and reliability of these parts.

Found your website very easy to find and configure what I needed. I will be back to order more flow meters.

The only problem was shipping options at checkout. After checking out I found that my order defaulted to UPS shipping. Since I placed the order with a PO Box I had to call your company and change shipping to USPS.

Customer service was absolutely Great and everything was straightened out with shipping.
