Placed order
Placed order, then cancelled it before they dispatched. They still dispatched even though I didn’t want the item anymore. Nobody answered the phones and email was the only contact. They eventually replied with a returns label… parcel sent back and received. I’ve still not received my refund. What a process. I’d avoid in my opinion.

i had bought tools from them, I send email explaining:
Dear DVS Power Tools,
I am writing regarding my recent online order for two DeWalt power tools.
After receiving the items, I checked the serial numbers and product details against the product codes that were advertised and purchased on your website.
Having double-checked everything, I can confirm that the tools supplied are not the correct products. They are the older versions rather than the newer models that correspond with the product codes and pricing on your website.
As the incorrect items have been sent, I would like to arrange a return and receive a full refund (or the correct replacements, if available).
As this error was not on my part, I would expect the return to be arranged at no cost to me, with a prepaid returns label or collection provided.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm the next steps as soon as possible.

Couldn't fault delivery of product, but had to request a VAT invoice. Wasn't easy either. Overall won't order again, pay a bit more get a lot better service
