Duty free depot has to be stop. I can not believe they have such a site on line and this site should be banned and immediately taken off line.
Sites like this give the internet a bad name. They will take your money and not deliver your goods. Will not answer your phone calls or emails.I wasted over eight months trying to contact them to receive my order and will spend another eight months if it takes trying to shut them down.Do not buy from them or you will be in the same situation.

Do not order from them, they are scam artists. Never received the balance of my order over one year. The best they could do was a store credit but yo have to order more cigarettes which you won't get either.

Duty Free Depot Out of Business? I ordered 7 cartons of cigarettes on July 2nd and they usually arrive by now so I called. No one is answering the phone no matter what time I call! I've been buying cartons from them for years. This is very disappointing that they took my $207.82 and never delivered! Do not buy from Duty Free Depot!

I have been ordering from duty-free for years with very little problems on May 25th I ordered 7 cartons of cigarettes I spend $170. It is now July 5th and I have not received them in the past if there was an issue at least when you called you talk to somebody however now when you call nobody ever answers the phone no matter when or what time you call nor do they answer any of my emails so warning don't use this place anymore I know I'm not and I've been ordering from them for years it just makes me sick

Bought from them a couple times with little problems except very slow delivery times
Last order was placed 4/01/18
It is now 6/23/18 and still haven’t received my order
They blame USPS but refuse to give me an actual ship date or tracking number
Stay clear everyone, right now they are not even returning my emails
I finally received my order 3+ months later this happened after I went to this trustpilot site
I am going to try an order again and will amend my rating IF I get my order in a reasonable amount of time

DO NOT ORDE FROM. THEY HAVE A DELIVERY PROBLEM. I PLACED TWO ORDERS AND WAS SHORT SHIPPED A TOTAL OF SEVEN CARTONS. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO SEVERAL OF MY EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is HORRIBLE - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered over $500 worth of cigarettes and received only 3 of 25 cartons. When I emailed stating I only received 3 cartons, I was called a liar and told the company would not help! By the company's own delivery records, the items were not delivered. I will never order from here again. NEVER AGAIN.

They are fake. I was a customer for three years. Somethings started going wrong toward the end and the packaging completely changed. Along with this, the product itself. American Spirit doesn't use filler and every single one of them had large sticks and filler in them. They taste disgusting and gave me a sore throat and cough which quickly remedied itself when I ceased their cigarettes and bought real ones. The difference was undeniable and there is no filler.

It was 5-6 years of good experience,but the last months they are totally scammers.Ι get tired with this case...Hundreds of emails the last months with no result.That's what happened:
For customs reasons i've got to reject the parcels (to be returned to Dutyfreedepot) and get refund.That was our agreement.
I asked my post office for the package to be returned to sender and they answered me this:
'In order for a postal item to be returned to its sender, it is necessary to make an express statement that he accepts to receive it. This is certified either by a relevant indication placed in advance on the postal item's Cover Letter or by subsequent receipt (Form CN17) via the postal service of the country of origin''
The issue with Dutyfreedepot is that they refused to send this form.As a result i can't reject the parcels and return them to get refund.I lost 800$...Liars,thiefs and scammers.

Do NOT do any business with these people. It’s a total scam and they still owe me over 1000EUR. Terrible service and not to be trusted!

hello...I had ordered 4 cartons of Pall mall blue shorts in august of last year...I received 2 of the cartons,and they would tell me that the other two cartons were being sent out....I still haven't received them....I still love your site, and will order from you again,,,,but is my order still in your system? it's

they stop using visa and then my transfer wire are missing and they don't send the cigarettes and no money,this is a fraud.an employee '' Nicky'' from New York give me a wrong information and now i have no money no products,no nothing,and now she don't take the calls.

Hi guys, I have been a customer for 2 years now and had issues as well but you guys resolved them quickly so thank you for your great customer service. I tried to place an order May 29th 2017 and found out you no longer take Canadian visas. Will this be resolved soon??? I need cigarettes soon please let me know

Dear Mr. Daniel, hopefully you will see this review and can help with my last order from Dutyfreedepot which turned very problematic.
Almost a month ago I ordered cigarettes from your website (as I usually do since 2 years now) asking politely do not send the 7 cartons together (3 & 4 in 2 parcels) but one by one separately as I will have problems with the customs in Cyprus. Unfortunately your co-workers did not pay attention to my request and the cigarettes were received in 2 parcels and of course I was asked at the local post office to pay custom duties of almost EUR 400. I refused the parcels and signed to be send back to Israel. I have informed sales and support department of your company several times but up to now there is no action from your side.
As you understand if you do not sent the cartons of cigarettes in individually packed parcels I cannot take them due to the high custom duties.
My opinion for your company was very good and I had no problems 2 years now, even when there was a problem with one of my parcels from my previous order, you solved it timely and fair, but my last order was a nightmare. I hope you will read this and offer a solution. Thank you.

:These people are totally irresponsible and do not care at all for their customers. I am sending them e-mails one month now to find out what is happening with my order and they totally ignore my e-mails. They were answering on the e-mails until they got the payment. After that they showed no interest to resolve the problem with the order.
I paid them for 6 cartons of cigarettes and when appeared a problem with my order which they can resolve easily, they just disappeared...Very disappointed.

Lost my time on registration, login, order and also payment and after some hours I was informed they have problems with credit cards!!! Ridiculous e store.

Scammers! Thiefs! At the beginning i had good experience (1th order) all packages arrived in time. The customer support was helpful and i could reach them. On the second order was some delay and the custom started to checking my packages and sending them back because i did not accept that tax rate which they provided to me. I tried to contact customer support but it was difficult to reach them. Calls emails no answer. One time i could talk to someone who sent me a confirmation that they have to refund me 207.90 dollars but since that time i havent got even one cent and i cant even call their number. Im waiting for my money almost six months. Im feeling scammed. Dont buy anything from them! You will get scammed too!!! Otherwise they are sending the packages from israel which is not in the eu. Be aware!

They are liars don't buy anything from them since last October I placed an order still I didn't get it I have send them several emails but no response don't ever waste your money they are thieves
