I have been waiting over 12 months for my sofa's ,yes 12 months and still haven't arrived . the service is what you would expect from a 3rd world country .
they really don't care what happens and its excuse after excuse , that's if they answer the phone .(THE REP)
i still don't have my sofas and was informed they have not been started finished , i have been lied too 3 times
So this is how it goes
1. 26 weeks delivery
2.due in December 6 months late (didn't turn up)
3. delivery 20th Jan (didn't turn up)
4 we have found a stain and cant deliver , ok send me a photo
5. no photo
6. they were lying and said they are not finished as the material was late ( what 12 months late )
7. no delivery date given
Honestly you couldn't make this up , how can this great company end up like this

Terrible service. Waiting over a year for duresta sofas that have been ordered from Fenwicks and still no delivery date. Had 4 delivery dates and each time they get cancelled. Have no idea when the sofas are meant to be coming and if they are even built. Awful service and what a shame as have duresta sofas that were bought 13 years ago and had no problem then.

We purchased a sofa, chair and footstool from Hatters in Bedford which was ex-display. I wanted to register it for the guarantee and Dalya from Duresta was very quick and efficient in enabling me to do this. The quality of the furniture is excellent and it is very comfortable. All in all a good experience.

Reviewing a Duresta Maximus (Luxor) sofa bought in 1994!
It's survived 2 growing boys (and all their mates ), 2 dogs ( they thought it was a dog bed) and 3 cats and still it looks like new Best ever buy Thank you

We have two & three seater settees both top of their range. The seat cushions are really bad. They are what is called Dead in upholstery terms.
They no longer recover from being sat on. After a year they were noticeably not recovering. Now after three years they are totally dead and will not recover.
With a long guarantee and a very high cost you'd expect a quality cushion to be in the seat. But this is definitely Not the case.
I am a trained antique upholster
And in Initially at purchase very satisfied. But now. Very very disappointed.
( I became very ill and then covid came and was unable to communicate with Duresta. Medically retired with a rare illness. has not helped
Hence the long gap to this review.)

I hesitated between 4 and 5 stars because it was 10 months from order to delivery but the quality of the sofa makes it 5 stars

Very helpful when we viewed this at Stokers in Chester. I was so
pleased with the service and knowledge of Duresta I wrote to the director commenting on the staff. The high quality of the sofas is what you would expect from Duresta.
We are so thrilled.

Really high quality furniture. Looks and feels so luxurious and built to last. I ordered my new sofa in early June 2022 and It arrived on the 14th November 2022. Looks like Duresta’s lead times are definitely improving compared to previous reviews.

First of all I should say we are very happy with our new Duresta sofas now we have them, they are a quality product. The reason for 3 stars relates to the length of time we had to wait and the very poor communication. We ordered our sofas in May 2021, they arrived in November 2022, yes you read that correctly. The original expected delivery was September/October 2021, it was then virtually the end of each following month, in March 2022 we were even given a delivery date, only to be informed the day before they wouldn’t be coming. We can’t fault the retailer for their efforts which unfortunately are still ongoing as, after waiting 17 months for the sofas and footstool, the scatter cushions are incorrect. Hopefully this won’t take as long to resolve.
Prepare to be very patient and keep your old sofas until you physically have your new Duresta sofas in your home.

I recieved my duresta suite over a year ago, I ordered from Haynes furnishes,
The left hand side had a burn on, I’m still waiting replacement.
Springs have gone since I got it and the specialist they sent out first time said no that noise was nothing, that was over10 months ago,
He inspected sofas and said all seat cushions need replacing and the backs and arms. However he came back three months ago with just two seat cushions to replace and said that’s all duresta sent him. He then looked again at the noise from the sofa and undid the underneath and said springs needs to be fixed.
We are now waiting over 4 months for all this to be done.
I will never buy duresta again spending nearly £5.000 on a sofa I believed was quality nothing but stress.
Haynes furniture told the to send all the replacement back Cushings and arms direct to me this has not happened , apparently on their system it was sent out on 7/10 :2022
Come on duresta this can’t be hard to do
I would avoid this company as it’s been nothing but stress for me.

Ordered a suite and given a lead time of approx 6 months, delivery took 10 months. Beautiful quality suite but the footstool has different colored feet to the settee and reading chair, and also the scatter cushions are a different design to what we ordered. As we paid quite a substantial amount for this, and then waited longer than estimated for delivery, this really should have been picked up before the goods left the factory and the stockist should also have spotted this. I've now rung the stockist who we bought it from 3 times and still have no answer as to when this will be rectified. I appreciate that we should be thankful that we have received our order looking at some of the other reviews, however it would still be nice to receive exactly what we ordered and paid for.

bought our furniture from Lucas in Aylesbury. 1st class service and advice. Delivery updates on the day were very accurate, delighted with our sofas, chair and footstool. Comfort and Quality superb. Waited a long time for delivery BUT it was worth the wait!
