Availability of a surveyor was good. The survey report was very detailed and comprehensive. Covering many, if not all, aspects.
Photos were taken of every aspect reported on.
As with all surveys, there were other areas highlighted for further investigation.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Survey was conducted on the agreed date and the paper work was received in 7 days (I had a Level 3 survey conducted).

Heyes have been brilliant to deal with, very clear communication, quick responses and detailed explanations. Our surveyor Meagan was brilliant, really detailed and she honestly couldn't have done more to help and ensure we understood everything - worth every penny and would highly recommend.

Avoid. Generally poor overall. Late to appointment, stayed 30 mins, at a push. Then two weeks pass with no report. Only received after chasing twice.
Raised a complaint and got one defensive reply. No response to last email.

the survey i received failed to identify, massive damp issues, a failed roof section, the fact the central heating system did not work - Eng stated it hadn't worked for a 'long time'.

Complaint still awaiting resolution.
Seems to be a great company (debatable) until you have an issue. I made a formal complaint on 01/12/2022. Unfortunately the response I’ve had from this company has been awful they’ve used my personal and corporate details in responses on trustpilot and tried to make me feel guilty by stating my bad review will affect employees livelihoods and families. They have been argumentative refuse to enter into any open discussions and definitely not followed RICS guidance on complaint handling.
I have had to chase twice for a response to my complaint on the days which they said they would respond by and now it is apparently with legal advisors and will be another month.
90 days to deal with a complaint where other surveyors I have spoken to have stated it is clear negligence and will put that in writing is not okay when myself and my very young children are in a dangerous environment. I have asked for the surveyors asbestos awareness training certificate since December and this still has yet to be provided.
No phone call, no emails without me chasing, no empathy for the situation.
Cannot stress enough the amount of unprofessionalism I have received. Please avoid this company they have caused so much undue stress to a young family and I am sure I will get an abrupt unprofessional response to this review yet again.
They are now trying to get my review removed saying I have reviewed the wrong company. They will try anything it’s absolutely disgraceful.
