I ordered a kitchen towel rail holder, which was not the width advertised when it arrived and therefore was no use to me. I tried to follow the advice on their website " Simply contact us so that we can provide you with a valid RMA (Returns Mandatory Authorisation) code which you will need to return any item(s) back to us within 28 days, quoting your order number. Without this code we are unable to process your request." about returning goods, but they told me on the phone to return the item and that they would refund me, and not to wait for the required returned goods number. I paid to return the towel and towel rail holder and have not received a refund.

Placed order one afternoon and huge box of slippers arrived next morning. Couldn't be better!

What a brilliant item. We had struggled to get a high quality, well finished cotton dressing gown for our son. We found this perfect one with towelsrUs but thought we had left it too late to order in time for Christmas delivery. We needn't have worried because it came in super quick time and was just what we had been looking for. Excellent quality and value for money.

I was very happy with the product, speed of delivery and quality of service I received. Especially as I placed my order a week out from Christmas.

My robe is just wonderfully warm, cuddly and and so comfortable. The quality is top class.

My wife and child love the products ordered. The throw is soft and comfortable.

The towel was great quality and looked lovely in white with the sky blue writing. Looks very sophisticated! I am very pleased with it. Delivery was speedy too. The only complaint I have is that delivery was very expensive. I had it delivered to Luxembourg and the delivery charge was more than the towel! I have many items delivered from hte UK to Luxembourg and delivery is normally not that much. In this case it was very expensive.

The dressing gown was lovely quality, but getting it was not a great experience. I ordered the day after the Christmas delivery cut off guarantee, so knew it wasn't guaranteed for Christmas and appreciated they were horribly busy. BUT, I called three times to ask if it was in production/when I could expect it-ish, they lied to me and told me it was in production and would most probably be with me for Christmas. It didn't turn up for Christmas-no problem as I knew this was a strong possiblity, but unfortunately when I buzzed them in the new year to chase I was told it hadn't yet gone into production but they would start it straight away. I would rather they have been honest from the off set then I would have not bothered them with phone calls or wasted my time. A shame.

I ordered a bathrobe for my nephew and got it embroided. The quality is great and the embroiding is first class! Very chuffed and have already reccomended towels r us to my friends!

Ordered a poncho for a 2 year old, I wanted something that was good quality and personalised and I got what I was looking for. My only slight disappointment was that I ordered this in very good time for Christmas and it was the present that took the longest to arrive.

The towels i ordered were of very good quality and the embroidered names were very clear and neat. I would definately order from this website again.

Placed an order with towels r us on the 8th of december and was told i would receive it by the 20th of that month. Didnt mind too much that it didnt arrive in time for christmas because it is a busy time of year but i got an email on the 20th saying it was shipped out. Its the 9th of january now and i still havn't received it and after emailing the company i have still got no response from them either.

Good website interface to order product and personalisation, good selection of product and really good value, my boy really liked his rode, so much better than the "fleece" alternatives

An embroidered towel, good quality towel and perfect emboidering, delivered on time, great idea for a present, will definately use them again.

I ordered two items both should have arrived on 22nd December. One arrived! I phoned about 4:55pm and was told the other item would be with me at the latest Sat 24th December Top marks to company- the item was with me the day after phone call-23rd December2011.
