Customer Service at its worst !
we were regular customers here until my mum received £80 voucher for her 80 birthday. Due to various incidents when she was ill in hospital she realised the voucher was a couple of days out of date . She rang customer service who were rude and patronising and informed her in no uncertain terms to forget the voucher . She wrote to them and received the same back . We go out if our way not to go here now thanks to their attitude and lack of empathy.

After a nightmare room at Duckbay marina. And leaving after 30 mins in disgust. Tried to contact head office, which gives the address of Duckbay marina. Was told there is no head office. Just people out and about, this was clarified by the manageress Haily. What is going on with the Crawley family. Very suspicious. Still trying to get a refund. Will never stop trying. Think there is more to this company than we know

Sunday Roast
The food was appalling presentation was next to nothing the beef you needed a grinder to cut the vegetables were raw couldn’t cut with the knife.The the two bits of meat were thrown on top off everything Went there years ago but won’t be back You would get better service and food at the Balloch Hotel cheaper and better for less than £78 for two

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Due to a bereavement in my boyfriend’s immediate family, he had to travel overseas for a funeral before our booking. I contacted the hotel in to request a date change—not a refund- as this was something completely outside of my control—but was refused with no flexibility or understanding.

I then submitted a formal complaint after staying at the hotel by myself. This has effectively been ignored—I was told it would be passed to head office, and have received no response since.

To make matters worse, the stay itself fell below expectations. Basic touches were missing from the suite, and the breakfast was of a poor standard.

The hotel may look nice, but the complete lack of compassion, poor communication, and failure to address complaints speaks volumes. I would not recommend staying here
