I am very satisfied with all Ducie products. I have already ordered three times from this site. On average, the order arrived in three weeks. The products are of high quality, worth the price.

I bought a Rochelle coat about one month ago. Shipping time is honestly very long but I m very happy with my coat.
High quality of materials(soft mongolian shearling), it's a nicely made product and a really warm coat.
It looks great on me and I love blonde color.
Excellent value for money.
Special thanks to customer service of DUCIE.
I contacted them for more information and they tried to help me. I also received the refund for additional duties paid.

Scam company and never got shipping details. It looks like they’re scamming everyone.

This company stole my money and hasn’t responded to any requests for updates for days. They deleted my comments on Instagram, didn’t respond to messages, emails or texts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I truly hate them . I wanted to make myself a present and ordered a fur coat the end of November .
No news from them, no updates on shipment.

I ordered a very expensive coat in early December and they said shipping would take 10 to 14 days so I purchased it with that in mind - not only have I not heard one peep from them - I've sent dozens of emails and inquiries asking the whereabouts of my coat - because the money was debited straight away and then nothing - no answer to any of my emails - no shipping information on the coat all it says is order processed which is what it said from the moment I ordered it - I do not trust this company - they advertise that you can chat online 24/7 but that is also untrue - I could have bought a similar coat for that price at many other locations I will never buy anything from this company again. Shameful customer service for such high priced clothing!

Same story here as with all the rest of the bad reviews! Ordered a coat and did not arrive within the allotted time period. Tried to contact them using every form of media and heard nothing! Don’t need to say anymore really but people please stay clear. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal for my refund!

I read all reviews before buying. Honestly I don't understand why people write only bad thing . I bought my mongolia 2 weeks ago and it arrived soon. It was discounted even. The fur is good quality, lighter than many others I tried. It arrived very quickly and it is great. I had confirmation of order and of shipping. Shipping was DHL and NO duties to pay to Italy. Honestly I am happy not to have given credit to all the negative reviews.Only negative side they dont do exchange of sizes . I bought an L which is huge for me ,needed a size M , but thats my bad not the company 's.

DUCIE London sells itself as a “luxury” brand on Instagram, with celebrities and influencers constantly gifted their £500–£700 jackets. The reality for paying customers like me is very different.

I ordered a jacket for £500, promised delivery within two weeks. Two weeks later: nothing. No updates, no communication. Then, without explanation, I suddenly received a refund notification — minus the £10 delivery I had paid. When I chased them, I was told it was an “intern’s mistake.” & told my refund would be with me in 10+ days or I can re purchase the product with another £500 but a 10% discount - which I’d already got off on the first order with another code as I was a first time buyer. Since then, I am now being ignored on WhatsApp.

Looking into other reviews, I can see I’m not alone. Many other customers report that orders don’t arrive, refunds aren’t processed properly, and the products actually ship from China — far from the image of a British luxury brand they push online. I presumed the two week wait was for production not because it’s being shipped from across the globe.

It feels like this company is trying to create a false luxury narrative by sending freebies to influencers while neglecting the people actually paying a lot of money for the product. For the price they charge, the service is unacceptable, and in my view, misleading & borderline fraudulent.

I await my refund.

Worst service and company ever,
They never answer their emails or online chat.
After one month of ordering still not received anything and they just don’t answer, I don’t even know if I will receive my 700€ paid jacket.
I don’t understand how this company can have 225k followers on instagram, they are a fraud.

A fraud company, their CEO should be investigated for bullying and harassment for the messages she sent me. They block any customer who is not an influencer from reporting any issues. They don’t deliver the orders and refuse to refund. They sent me the wrong tracking number twice and yet the CEO was yelling at me in the messages and telling me “she is sick to death of me” with a voice notes. This is ridiculous and the WORST COMPANY that should be shut down. I will make sure to report them on every platform.

It is 28/02. I have ordered from Ducie on Black Friday (end of November) and have received the order in January. I immediately sent it back and now the order is stuck in UK customs, ducie won't answer my messages at all and owe me so much money. I am devastated!

I’m not happy with my order.
I received order. The shipment was from China.
They are saying that taxes are there responsibility! But in fact now I have problems with customs and they don’t reply to my emails!

Not really happy with the order process.

It says "Ducie London" but shipping is from China.
Disappointing are the reply time frmo 2-3 days! And the very long delivery time. They say 10-12 days, but this is the time they need to manufature the goods, or only process everything. Shipping then comes on top with 10-12 days.

Returns to China are of course expensive, and the customer service is way too slow for a premium brand.

Not sure how they will handle my return, as the customer service takes is time.
