Product arrived pretty quickly, although I didn't check exactly the date of order and despatch.

After sales was unfortunately a poor experience for me. A faulty awning was exchanged after photo's were forwarded without question, which initially was great, however I had to wait afterwards for approximately 10 days to receive my refund which I was concerned about in the end and had to email Dubpod several times, could have been an admin error, either way I had to chase my money. On a positive note, the pre sales communication was good and I think that the concept of the T2 Awning is great, it needs to evolve a little further for me though, the clear windows should be on the outside rather than the van side, a larger reinforced pole patch on the ground sheet is required, try to do something better with the awning to the van attachment design - rib is fine but we had a lot of water build up on the excess material hanging down, this could have been me but I do feel a better design could be a game changer.
I would not purchase the same design again, I feel design could be improved and the QC was my reason for returning product. With this in mind I would buy from Dubpod again, if the points above are designed out and a MK2 is on sale next season.

A premium product with first class support from start to finish. Personal calls with genuine sympathy (and solutions) to ensure everything was ok after DPL delivery mishap. The dubpod is an absolute must for camping enthusiasts who wish to progress from the typical awning.
