I used Dubai Removals twice last year for two shipments from the UK to Dubai using their full packing service, booked directly with Jonny and his team. The shipments were staged about a month apart, with collections in September and October and deliveries in October and November. Overall I had a very positive experience.

Communication during the planning stage was excellent. Quotes were provided quickly and any pre-move questions were answered promptly. Jonny clearly has extensive experience managing international relocations, which made the whole process feel well organised from the start.

On both move days the UK packing teams arrived punctually (slightly early), were polite and professional, and handled everything carefully. They asked for clarification where needed and provided detailed inventories before leaving. The volume of furniture and boxes packed for export was substantial, and everything was organised very professionally.

The day after collection I received updated invoices reflecting the actual shipment volume, with no surprise fees beyond what had been discussed beforehand.

When the shipment arrived in Dubai, Gerro from the Dubai office contacted me and kept me informed throughout the customs clearance process. Communication was very responsive and delivery was arranged within the expected timeframe.

As with any international move there are a lot of moving parts. On the first delivery one item was initially missing (the legs to a B&O speaker), but Jonny and the team quickly investigated, located the item and arranged delivery the following day.

Considering the volume of furniture and boxes shipped internationally, everything else arrived in good condition.

For anyone planning an international relocation, clear communication and reliable coordination between the UK and destination teams makes a huge difference.
Overall a smooth experience and I would recommend them to anyone relocating from the UK to Dubai.
