Came back for a refresher after doing the course 2 years ago. Had the same lovely course leader, Denise, both times who made the experience enjoyable, practical and interactive. Also giving us specific details such as confidentiality, dignity and respect. And from experience you may not remember everything exactly the first time but you will definitely take away key details which can be instrumental. Was considerate and asked on a magnitude of times about things which we may need support with or be aware of etc. Would certainly look to engage in other courses with Denise such as the mental health course.

Denise was great with our girls, who are usually a rowdy bunch. Kept them engaged and was really patient. The awareness workshop was really informative and helpful for our young leaders, as well as our qualified coaches to refresh their knowledge!

Denise is a fantastic trainer, she's very careful about making sure everyone is learning in a way that suits them makes them comfortable and and that they are doing it correctly and she always makes sure our questions are answered in depth.

The trainer (Denise) explained things really well, was friendly and listened to further questions. She also asked open ended questions to support our learning.
