I bought roof rails some time ago, and they have served their purpose well. Fitted straight on with no problems.

The delivery driver left parcels out in the rain, hence the boxes were like mush. the third bar (at the rear) was too long and had to be cut.

Ordering was very easy on the website. Delivery was very quick, but had a problem as not all the order was delivered.Contacted DST via WhatsApp and they were very quick in replying. They contacted the courier and were told it would be delivered the next day but no.Contacted DST again via WhatsApp and they sent another one out which arrived the next working day. Even though I had this problem DST did all they could and sorted the problem out. Good customer service

I ordered on line from the website which was really easy and clear. Very cheap shipping for the size of the side bars I ordered, came within a couple of days. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. They exchanged them for the correct size without any issue at all and invited me down to swap them if I wanted. Such a rare experience to see such customer service. I cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience!

Part fitted like a glove. Put stainless screws on the spoiler instead of what was supplied.

# The only annoyance was that the box was completely open and left down by the side of the house. The box had metal staples on the top, so delivery company/driver has opened it on purpose. But that's not DST 's fault.

Terrible quality product and service. Avoid at all costs and ignore all the good reviews. Ive worked in vehicle restoration for 22 years now and this company sells some of the worst quality items ive ever had and their service matches, terrible product, terrible service.

I bought a set of Turtle Roof rails and bars for my van. These were delivered quicker than expected and are a perfect fit. Unfortunatley I damaged a few of the plastic stopples. I contacted customer services who quickly sent out replacements. DST Automotive will be the first place I look next time I need some accessories.

Absolutely rubbish body part ((rear bumper spoiler) for was is supposed to be for a be T6.1 but needs cutting around a lot also it covers your reversing sensors. That's with a lot of preparation chips in product, cuts, and poor primer. The reputable bodywork shop said was the worst they had seen . So as you can imagine it cost £700 to sort out and to fit properly.
Absolute shambles of a company advertising this as need small amount of making good.
Beware if your thinking of purchasing this product.

Items arrived on good time (early) once opened I could see how good the quality was, followed the instructions, no extra tools needed and they were in place in 30 mins.

Needed a spare rubber strip for our roof bars as ours was stolen by a monkey in Longleat... Bought the bars a while back but Amelia & Soraya were super helpful in getting a replacement strip sent out free of charge the very next day!

Initially we had a bit of an issue with our order but thanks to Jack all got sorted in no time, efficiently and professionally.
Would definitely use the seller again in the future.
