Dryfix Preservation Bewertungen

We have used Dryfix on more than one occasion. They've assisted us with damp work, provided surveys for us and generally gone above and beyond in helping us.

The quality of their service has been excellent every time. They are knowledgeable, professional and, importantly, take the time to explain what they have found and what they recommend. We have always felt that we were getting honest, practical advice rather than being pushed towards unnecessary work.

Their communication has also been excellent, and they have been incredibly helpful throughout what can otherwise be a stressful process when buying and maintaining an older property.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dryfix and will certainly use them again in the future.

Russell & his colleague Jack were amazingly persistent, curious and diligent, and resolved an odour problem in my apartment that had existed for over 6 months and had defied several other so called “experts” during that period of time. Nice guys and very talented at what they do. Would recommend unreservedly.

Clear communication, very professional and thorough inspection, excellent written report, Russell was great!

All the garage items were covered with dust sheets, the engineer was great he explained in full the process. He did a thorough job covering all the beams making sure all the wood was covered. Very polite and cleaned up afterwards.

Dryfix provided a professional and detailed report including external drone footage and an internal survey with extensive photographs. Diagrams of proposed works, material and scaffolding plans enabled a successful planning application for work on a listed building. Russell was professional and courteous to deal with. I found him very helpful.

The Dryfix team were fantastic. From the original contact with Russel through to the team with Frazer . Communication was particularly excellent from Frazer for the whole job. It was a very tricky job and they couldn’t give me any guarantees that the repointing of my difficult chimney stacks and re sealing of the lead work would solve a leak that I had had for 11 years. I’d used various companies and they couldn’t solve the problem. Dryfix sorted it through sheer persistence and I’m so grateful to them all.
They are a very professional, efficient and friendly team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’ll certainly use them again without hesitation.

Very professional and excellent service from the initial enquiry to the finish of the works. Communication was excellent as we were kept up to date on each stage of the process. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

What a pleasure to deal with from initial booking to receiving a thorough and concise report along with a personal call to explain the report. A true Yorkshire family company offering a first class service!

I was most impressed with the work carried out on my property by Dryfix. From the initial survey by Russell through to the work carried out by Steve and Alan plus sub-contracted roofers and electrician in mid-April, the service was first-rate. They all did a highly professional job and were careful to clean up afterwards.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this extremely reliable York company to anyone who requires their services.

Jack and Rob were brilliant. They did a good job, were neat, tidy and efficient and I’d have no reservation in using your company again. A very professional team

Russell was very professional and provide a report the following day.

Excellent service, comprehensive report and clearly talked through the issues with the property. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for surveying.

The entire experience with Dryfix has been outstanding from start to finish.

I had issues with excessive condensation and mould in a new build flat. Nothing seemed to fix the issue, so I commissioned Dryfix to carry out a full survey. They turned up on time and were very professional and polite throughout. They were extremely thorough in their investigations, using very hi-tech and speciliased equipment to accurately assess the situation and provided a comprehensive report containing all the data.

Thanks to Russel’s investigation, he discovered that the fault lay with the ventilation and how it had been both installed and subsequently tested. At no extra cost, Russel, liaised with the developer and the ventilation testing company, in order to help resolve the issue. The service I have received has been outstanding and beyond my expectations.

The integrity and professionalism of this company are second-to-none. I would highly recommend Dryfix.

Had a problem with damp in the kitchen and from the start,Jack made sure everything was protected and limited dust and dirt from being in the house. The job was finished on time and to a very high standard. Can’t recommend them enough and will use them again with no hesitation.

Many thanks to Russ and his team, he has made 2 visits over 2 years to a severely water damaged apartment with ongoing issues which is subject to ongoing legal proceedings. The most recent was a fast turnaround at short notice because of court deadlines.

The knowledge & professionalism was exceptional and the detailed report covered all aspects of an incredibly detailed survey. This has been essential when fighting a Management company for negligence and extensive water damage when they attempted to employ cheap contractors to patch up and conceal severe water damage.

The other contractors (which the building management company tried to insist on using) wanted to ”patch up” and conceal serious problems with new flooring on top of water damaged structure and use ‘stain block’ on walls and ceilings, but Dryfix identified water damage, mould and damp in the structure of the building which needed addressing before remedial works can continue. This is clearly a field that requires specialist knowledge and I have not found this knowledge in contractors a building management company tried to insist on using (hence court proceedings) so I brought in Dryfix who have impressed me at all stages. Many thanks.

We were notified of a date and time and the Dryfix personnel arrived punctually.
Once again we were highly impressed with the standard of the work carried out.
The work was carried out efficiently and the standard of cleanliness was exceptional.
Politeness and good manners were the order of the day.
We would not hesitate to recommend Dryfix to family and friends.
The quality of this company is outstanding and all our expectations were exceeded.

Russell is an absolute hero. Nothing is ever too much. Helpful and informative.

Excellent support from Russell and the team. Can’t but praise them highly enough. Many thanks.

I couldn't recommend and thank Russell enough. I would rather give him 10 instead of 5! He worked very professional, did a comprehensive survey and provided me a diagnostic report . He had explained the issue further in addition to his detailed report and gave me an expert advised and solution. He even offered extra help and give me support during this dilemma. All the best to Russell and his team! For all your damp problem, don't hesitate to contact this experienced, qualified and professional surveyor!

I decided on Dryfix to survey our house for woodworm after reading good reviews. Russel arrived on time was professional and polite, did the the job thoroughly and provided reassurance. Also a full report was provided afterwards. I would highly recommend Dryfix to anyone looking for a damp/woodworm survey.
