Clearance fee when buying from outside the UK
When ordering from the Netherlands, there is a hefty clearance fee to be paid, In my case €91,-
There is no transparency on this while shopping on your website.
I would be financially much better of buying from a local vendor.

All our supplements are sold 'duty paid' so there should be no delay at customs, whichever country you live in, however some local customs can still operate slightly differently.
We do have a distributor in Holland - Unlimited Health - who sell our range locally which means you won't have to suffer local customs issues, and we'd encourage purchasing through them in the future if you're worried about future customs issues Holland.

I really did try with them but became so painful. Stopped and within 12 hours stomach was back to normal. Real shame

Hi Michael, we're sorry to hear this, and it could be due to one of two reasons - it may be that you're intolerant to inulin (a prebiotic), which isn't common but if the case would mean you need to consider a low FODMAP diet, or it can actually be a sign of the priobiotics working and flushing out your gut microbiome of bad bacteria and organisms - when taking probiotics it's common for symptoms to get worse before they get better as they repopulate your gut microbiome with good, healthy bacteria. I’m really disappointed with DR.VEGAN
I’m really disappointed with DR.VEGAN. I tried to cancel my subscription several times, but they kept renewing it and taking payments anyway. The cancellation process is confusing and feels deliberately difficult.I don’t think it’s fair to keep charging customers after they’ve clearly tried to stop the subscription. I’m sharing this so others are aware before signing up. Make sure you double‑check everything, because cancelling is not as simple as they make it sound.

Unexpected benefits
I'm 69 and have been on a plant based diet for over 10 years. I am very happy eating a diet of mainly vegetables and a few pulses, and never look for meat or dairy substitutes. In the last year or so, exercise has become harder and I noticed that my arms and legs looked more like those of an octegenarian. I concluded that I should be eating a lot more protein. I have been taking Gut Works for some time now and I have noticed a great improvement in my gut health. I do subscribe and therefore the product is discounted and I don’t have to worry about running out.
Last week I received my usual delivery however because I was still half asleep, I threw away the new packet and it was bin day 😬. I realised what I had done the next day and ordered another packet. I received this promptly and emailed them to thank them and explained why I had ordered it. To my surprise they said they were sending me a free pouch! I’m really impressed with this excellent customer service.

The Dr Vegan Protein and Creatine mix…
The Dr Vegan Protein and Creatine mix is not very powdery but thicker and bitty. I also use two tablespoons as stated on the instructions, however, I feel this maybe too much as I use the measuring spoon rather than a spoon that I use when eating e.g. cereal. I would like clarification on this if I may. I like that I can take the mix with a lot of options. Delivery was a little slow than I expected also.

Hi there, two tablespoons is the correct serving of our Protein & Creatine Superblend - each pouch contains 15 servings. However it's also fine to take only one tablespoon rather than two, which would provide 10g Protein, 1.5g Creatine, and 200mg functional mushrooms.

Hydrate+ works
Hydrate+ works, certainly easing after exercise recovery.
I haven’t used it in tough competition situations yet so cannot comment on that aspect.
I use it because I was advised to however the flavour is really hard for me enjoy.
Individual sachets are really to use and the dissolve quickly in water.
I will persevere and hopefully begin to enjoy.
