This company is awful I wish I would have looked at the reviews do not order from them I purchased stomache patches from them they took 2 payments from me I have emailed them like 5 times abd showed them proof of the 2 payments I asked them to give me my money back that they have stoled from me and nothing no respond no package yet either im very disappointed.

DONT Do IT!! I revieved a posture correcting device , no heat no ultrasonic anything they are selling a $7.95 item at Walmart with “alternate usage” for $29 plus shipping paid $35 then had to pay shippingto the mail carrier as well you revieve a FALSE FAKE product ! Just throw $40 in the trash can right now and move on! Tried to get refund the service Sucks too Chinese crap advertised falsely to rip off as many people as they can with false claims that a product they couldnt sell for a completely different purpose being rebranded for a false purpose!! SHAME ON THEM !!!

I ordered a massager product and it stopped working after 2 months and I didn’t use it very often. The quality is very poor. Also I’m not happy with their costumers service. They said they won’t do anything about this because it’s more than 10 days. I believe a product should last longer than this.

I really must start reading reviews before I purchase! I bought the mini massagers (x2) which took about 6 weeks to arrive. One worked fabulously for about 2 weeks but is now very feeble, the other was always feeble. Absolutely no response to my emails to request support/replacement. Very disappointed

I ordered the slimory ultrasonic lymphatic soothing neck instrument. 1st shipping took a month or so, then when it arrived, it said posture corrector on the box and when I reached out to the support they never got back to me. I want to get a refund but I cant get a reply from them. Drovasi please provide best customer service email address so I can mail you and resolve this!!! :( Not Happy!!!

I will never do business with this company very evasive bank called & felt this was scam didn't come up drovasi it came up listed as a pet shop & this item isn't even moving email don't help its 10 to 20 days it'll be easier to tell the customer the shipping time but it's easier take people money & say wait this is insane I'll be clln bbb tomorrow consumer affairs who ever it is i don't do business like this then i clicked on purchased item it's in French & saying calif but shipping from France which 1 is it buyer beware!!!!

Ordered a skin blemish product. They mailed a diet product. Customer service lied and said it was shipped but wasnt. There is nothing to trust about this company. Scam written all over it. Do not order.

The service is putrid. They state 15-20 days delivery.
It is day 59 and I am still waiting for my parcel with no response. I do not recommend this online store if you need product within 20 days

I paid them 2 months ago and still no delivery and no response to my queries just more and more specials o offer.
Should be removed from selling online

Absolute garbage! So I bought the slimory ultrasonic lymphatic soothing neck instrument. 1st shipping took forever, then when I got it, it said posture corrector on the box and when I reached out to the support they never got back to me and I had to reach out again a few wks later and they said iI was sent the right thing. Asked them to explain how a posture corrector is supposed to help with lymphatic drainage. Don't waste your money. Terrible all around!
