This trip vehicle is not good. Noise inside.
I don’t prefer to travel in this type of car again in future
Also the driver under tha above journey ID collected ₹2600 instaed of ₹2300.

I used many times drop taxi. More comfortable. But this time I booked from coimbatore airport to erode. Luggage i bring 70kg. Driver charged 300Rs Extra. I called customer care centre. They said for SUV car 60kg only allowed. For 10kg extra 300Rs? In future u must regulate Luggage how much extra and how much extra cost.

Initiallly the booking was not confirmed till just one day prior to the journey. Later on both the vehicle and the driver were of good quality. The ride was smooth and safe. Driver was professional and well behaved

This is my first trip with you. Booked on emergency, my wife met with accident. So booked cab to go on urgent basis. Driver Manikandan, came to the location I send before my arrival and waited for me. Started around 1:30 pm,without having lunch and also dinner due to my emergency situation and time constraints, he driven the car continuously. Reached at 10 PM , skipped both lunch and dinner. This helped me to reach earlier in such emergency situation. Thanks

Excellent experience and great customer care

I was searching for dropping from kumbakonam to srirangam, I came across droptaxi. Initially i thought would they send vehicle, etc. I was hesitant to book. booked late night and they confirmed, sent vehicle. It was nice experience, truly appreciate their service. Recommend.
