To anyone reading this and contemplating whether or not to take an intensive corse ESPECIALLY with driversGB, DONT! Please do yourself a favour and pay for weekly lessons and book a test through the government yourself.

My problems started when I had to wait nearly 6 months for my course, it was only because of constant calls I made that prompted a date for the course to be organised.

My instructor cancelled 2 half days on me which put me under immense pressure which driversGB took no accountability for.

In the build up to the actual course the information I received was only given when I asked for it, additionally parts of the information was incorrect or misleading again throwing me off when actually taking the course.

The instructor was really polite and the cancellations wasn’t he’s fault however the communication was dreadful while organising the meeting locations and times. This also falls on drivergb as the lack of organisation and accountability is blatantly evident.

I am currently fighting for a full refund which is stalling because blame is getting passed around, I cannot stress enough how much of a waste of time, effort and money the whole ordeal was. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME !!!!

I have been learning to drive with Chanda since March 2025 and yesterday I passed my driving test with only 2 minors. I would highly recommend Chanda he was accommodating, patient and made me feel at ease

Definitely recommend! I did a 30 hour Automatic intensive with Mr Chanda and I passed first time. He’s very friendly and down to earth and he’s not here to try to take your money like other instructors. What I appreciated the most was his honesty from the start, before we started our first lesson he said if he didn’t think I was gonna be ready he wouldn’t send me to the test but he really pushed me and crammed as much in as he could in such a short time. He really did want me to pass and I did. He’s funny unlike other instructors and he’s been doing it for over 30 years so definitely recommend! Please request Mr K. Chanda !!!

I don't take driving lessons but ive seen a car registered to this company parked on a double yellow line, drop kerb corner, blocking blind spots for an accident to happen, with her 2 children in the car. You'd think a driving instructor would know not to park on a double yellow line, a drop kerb corner, not this fool. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING ANY LESSONS FROM THIS WOMAN UNLESS YOU WANT TO FAIL. Car registration is LN13 OZT.

asad is a time waster. he constantly pulls over to say the same thing and then tells you to get out the car to give ur legs a break. He also went to GREGGS on my lesson that was i paying for.

I have had to cancel my lessons with my driver as after spending £910 on 26 lessons and talking to people I have found out he was truly ripping me off. Firstly, I never had a full hour of driving. My instructor would tell me to pull over and start talking about non driving related things. Numerous times my lessons were ended 15 minutes earlier. He never taught me why the gears need changing so I could do this off my own back, he would tell me when I needed to change gear, he never taught me the road signs and most worryingly, he never told me to me to check my mirrors while I was driving. Something I didn’t know I had to do until I spoke to a friend. We were in the same area for all 26 hours. Never progressed. Clearly delaying me to get more money as numerous of his students were either cancelling lessons or just cancelling with him completely. Very annoyed that I have wasted so much money with this instructor.

He was my instructor for almost two years. He was very patience understanding, Always keen to teach me. He also encourage me to pass my driving.I will definitely recommend him to anyone.

I suffered really bad over the years changing different driving instructors however chose to stick with jasmin , and after 3 months finally passed . Honestly if your learning to drive around the kingstanding area, request for Jasmin , she’s not intimidating and is patient , I can promise after 2/3 lessons you will see improvement . She will settle your nerves where you feel comfortable. Thankyou Jasmin for giving me this great achievement .

I am very pleased and thank full to Rashid who has been my instructor past a month,I have passed my practical test today with my 1st attempt with 2 minor mistakes.All his coaching helped me to pass successfully,I would definitely recommend Rashid to my friends and family

I booked my sons first driving lessons and the driving instructor did not show up. Disappointing for him to say the least.
