NEVER EVER RECEIVED A STATEMENT FROM DRIVEN SO WAS UNABLE TO USE THE CHARGES ON MY TAX RETURN . RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE FROM DRIVEN SAYING I STILL OWED $ 284.00 . I WAS NEVER SHOWN PROOF OF THE AMOUNT OWING ! SO I REFUSED TO PAY THIS AMOUNT . DRIVEN LEFT A BAD REPORT WITH EQUIFAX THAT MY COMPANY DID NOT PAY WHAT WAS OWED ! Driven came through for my company when I needed it. The process was rather seamless and quick, asked logical questions and really looked at the financial data as opposed to the age of the corporation. Very flexible repayment terms, highly recommended.

1.) Very slow at getting me a quote. I contacted Merchant Growth and they had a quote to me within 1 hour. Driven used to be that fast...this time Driven took 24+ hours to get me a quote. I had to ask twice!!!
2.) Also...Driven had a ridiculous request for a site visit. A site visit...I have dealt with Driven many times for many thousands of dollars and you want to waste my time with a site visit! I finally allowed the site visit to happen and was shocked and disturbed by the questions that this person was asking me, as they were the exact questions that I had answered earlier for the Driven person on the phone. (What did I need the money for, when did I start in business, how long was my lease, how many employees etc etc). This person then took many pictures of my 28,000 sq ft showroom...bothering my staff. She even took pictures of my bathroom facilities!! This was all done after the money had been advanced. I will be checking with your competitors when I need money in the future. This was a frustrating experience and not like the Driven company that I have worked with in the past. You are starting to act like a bank!!!!
