The cost of the car hire was very…
The cost of the car hire was very reasonable. Just a couple of things.The cost of the safety deposit is fine but the status of its security is not very clear. I understand that the deposit is clear but I am nervous about its provenance. What this means is (is the credit card deposit held or actually charged to your account and refunded if all is okay with the vehicle's return? ) This can be tricky if it is charged as then your payment may go beyond your card's payment date and charges apply if it is not paid off by that date. I always use two cards to avoid this.
Secondly a small map telling you where to get the shuttle from at Terminals 1-5 would be useful and also how often do they run?)
On the service and documentation this was fine and your staff were very good on booking.. On fuel delivery on return. This is often a bugbear for all users as I have returned a vehicle once and the tank was not ABSOLUTELY FULL (JUST A LITTLE LITTLE LESS) and been charged a very high fee. I hope this is not your policy as I will be using you again in the future based on this hire SO FAR.

Docs said included roadside service but had to pay extra 7.50 per day when getting cars as they said didn’t include every bit of road side service

Easy to deal with and efficient procedue to hire a car in the UK. Prices were cometitive. Able to speak with a person if needed. I have not been to collect the car yet so I cannot comment on the whole process as yet. I would like to offer a review again after having had the car.

Always pleasant and helpful call centre…
Always pleasant and helpful call centre members, not always the best on price but I trust the name and have been using for years when travelling overseas, seamless booking procedure and I can always understand the operators (english speaking) and would recommend trying these guys before going elsewhere

I have used Drive Away Holidays for 5 years and have always found them extremely easy to deal with. They are generally the best value, but it’s their after sales service that makes them the best choice. There will often be issues renting in foreign climes, but Drive Away Holidays have always resolved them promptly and importantly with no additional cost.
