I've tried other mushroom coffees and I like Neubrain the best. Gives me great energy and focus and no crash like normal coffee. I highly recommend Neubrain!

I changed from regular coffee to mushroom coffee about 3 years ago, and about a year ago I stumbled across Neubrain. I decided I wanted to give it a try, there was nothing to lose. Since changing I have been so pleased. I can feel my focus arrive each day, and I am glad I made the choice to give it a shot, because now, I feel like I'd be lost without it.

I am very pleased with the taste of Neubrain coffee- this is the 3rd mushroom coffee I have tried and by far the best tasting- most like coffee, no jitters, and energy that lasts!

I wanted to try Neubrain because of the difference from other mushroom coffees. But initially I tried to prepare it the same way I prepared the other mushroom coffees which was with water at 190°. Then I read the directions and used hot tap water added a little milk and it's super delicious. I drink it every morning and have sustained focus and energy for most of the day. I am very happy that I purchased this product. This is the third mushroom coffee that I have tried. Definitely the best!

Very disappointing customer service and return policy experience.

I purchased my first order with enough product to last approximately three months, and I did not knowingly agree to enroll in a subscription or recurring charges. (I always make sure to click ONE TIME ORDER, or NO SUBSCRIPTION.)

Before receiving any additional orders, I even reached out to customer service to confirm that I was not signed up for recurring billing and to check on the status of my order. They responded with shipping information but did not address my question about the subscription. (RED FLAG.)

Fast forward, I noticed a charge for another three months’ worth of product. I immediately contacted customer service requesting cancellation and a refund, but I did not receive a response until after the order had already shipped.(RED FLAG AGAIN!)

After going back and forth with their team, they refused to accept a return..even though the shipment was unopened and could easily be returned.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. The subscription process does not feel transparent, and the lack of timely support left me feeling like I had no opportunity to resolve the issue before being charged and shipped another order.

I strongly encourage this company to reconsider how they handle subscriptions, customer communication, and return requests. Customers deserve a clearer process and better support!!!

Terrible experience with their automatic shipment aspect of their subscription service. The first time I ordered it was for two bags. As I was checking out an offer popped up for a further discount on two more bags. I said OK well why not. Approximately one month later a second shipment of four bags showed up unexpectedly and unannounced at a higher price. I went back-and-forth with customer service, but they would not budge and acted like it was all my fault. Is there any shame that you have a good product and you’re spending time and effort to bring them in the front door when you’re shipping policies piss them off and they leave out the back door.
Fast-forward to about six months later and multiple efforts to cancel the subscription and a couple days ago I get another email saying oh my credit card didn’t process. Well that’s because I changed that credit card. I once again spent time looking at the FAQs on how to cancel and they I found instructions that assured me that I could simply go into the customer portal and there would be a handy-dandy place to pause or cancel the subscription. It does not exist. I wrote a scathing email to customer service and now they’re asking me to provide screenshots as to where I’m having difficulty. The Gaul of these people they just don’t get it. You must have a subscription portal that allows the customer to pause or cancel for any reason. They must feel that they can just ramrod and shove this product out the door charge the credit card and their business is done. Well, it doesn’t work that way pals. I hope everybody sees this and good luck if you wanna change your subscription. Pause or cancel it. I’ve tried many of them and their product was not terrible. It was pretty good. I have switched to Hanit One functional coffee. Check them out and I also hear that cuppa is comparable to Neubrain. Apparently the operators don’t drink their own Kool-Aid if they did, they would smarten up and be more responsive to customers who simply wanted to manage their subscriptions and the normal way of most other subscription products.

I had to find an alternative to coffee due to heartburn. I'm so glad I started neubrain after AI investigating all the options. I've been drinking it every morning for a few weeks. I enjoy the taste and do find my mental clarity upgraded compared to coffee. I plan on being a long time member.

As many others have said, I have tried many other brands. I’ll be honest, for me, the taste is not that great. It’s not bad, but I prefer the bold coffee taste. I actually mix in half a scoop of Cuppa to get that coffee taste. But what sets it apart above all the products I have tried, has been the feeling. I noticeably feel a difference and wake up and get laser focused. It actually does what it says. Give it a shot.

Great coffee flavor not overwhelmed by the mushrooms.

I have tried other brand of mushroom coffee and this by far is the best for how my body reacts to it. Love it, and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in trying out mushroom coffee for the benefits.

Neubrain has been my choice of morning brew since quitting coffee and trying different mushroom coffees. We were stuck with Ryze for a long time because of the hype but once I switched, the smooth taste of Neubrain has me hooked with no heartburn. My wife was left on Ryze but after convincing her to try it she's never looked back. She loves how easy it is to blend without a frother and it goes down smoother. We just wish Neubrain had cocoa.

I have tried quite a few mushroom coffees in the past and this by far my favorite. It's easy to mix and easy to drink. I try it with all types of creamers and milks and I never am disappointed.

Neubrain tastes great. The starter kit is perfect as well. I use a Keurig to run hot water then add the Neubrain, use the frother to mix then add some sugar free creamer. Easy. Today I started drinking water as soon as I get up, walking and stretching to get the body moving. I had a very productive day and hope for the same the rest of the week.

Tastes good. Mixes into hot or cold water completely.

Neubrain is in my opinion one of the best mushroom coffees I have had , I've used 2 others ( Ryze, Cuppa) and they do a little good but Neubrain does me great the whole entire time im awake, keeps me focused and no crashes.
The price is a little more but it takes money to get the right ingredients for pure unfiltered product , so go grab a bag or 3 of Neubrain to feel better and work more focused.

NeuBrain Smart Coffee has become my first cup of coffee each day, and the result of that cup is better than any cup of coffee I have ever had. Not only the taste, but also the feel afterward - no jitter, and it is just a great experience.

I tried Neubrain after seeing an ad on Facebook and getting a new subscribers discount, which made the mushroom coffee subscription about a dollar a day, which makes it more affordable. Right away the coffee had a distinct flavor, much like coffee, but a little different, in a good way. I found it gave me that same caffeine zing that regular coffee did, but was much healthier with the ingredients and extra things I was lacking in my diet. This is week four and I am keeping the subscription going because I like the way I feel, mentally, physically, as I try to be healthier. Thanks!
